拉克雷森特中央貝斯特韋斯特優質酒店(Best Western Plus at la Crescent Event Center)

We were told that the electronic key card for our room could not be activated and there was no other room available. So every time we wanted to get in our room we had to go to front desk for staff to come with us and use a master keycard to let us in. On the last day even their master keycard and the housekeeper keycard would not work. They spent about 1/2 hour using some contraption to go under the door and manually pull the handle to open the door

The new management team is not customer service centric leading guests to feel not welcomed or bothersome. They also started charging resort fees but there is only a pool & gym, Amenities not charged to customers as part of their stay just last year. There’s no view and it’s right off a main highway. It’s also out of the way with nothing but a gas station, garden center and lumberyard near. The entire area shuts down @ 9 and there’s only a tavern to eat at and it’s often loud & packed with locals BUT……3 short miles down the road and over the bridge in La Crosse you can get so much more for your money. Lots of hotels to choose from. Many with views of the Mississippi River. A riverwalk path, gardens, all in walking distance to many restaurants-bars downtown ALL for the same price, great customer service and no resort fees. For the same price if not less. If you’re going to spend your hard earned money why not treat yourself to the most and best you can get? Also, the management team has been known to be difficult to work with if you have problems with your third party booking on sites like this one. You don’t want that nonsense when you’re tired and you just want to get to your room and relax but you have to deal with rude, argumentative people who don’t listen when you speak and just overall really just don’t care & it shows. I’m your fellow traveler and I’m here to tell you that you deserve better than what this Best Western is offering you so go get that. Not this.

Was horrible from the moment we checked in, they charged my card without my permission, we did split payments and couldn’t figure how to do that. We get to room and room in bowls molded under fridge counter, they upgraded room free charge which was nice, but then at check out again charged my card for full amount after we already paid full amount at check in, then took 2 days to get refund. Never again will stay here rooms nice and breakfast good but no hot tub and customer service not good.

accidentally booked this hotel when doing a search for June 23rd. Could not cancel and we never stayed there. Will never use ******* again!

We arrived to check in @ 4:30 and our room was already given to someone else ... the entire hotel was booked and we waited in the lobby for 45min with no updates. They did end up finding us a room but it was only two bed and not the suite we booked (two beds and pull out)

The beds were very hard, the walls were so thin we could not hear our TV above the neighboring room’s TV, the bathroom was dirty, no one answer our calls to the front desk and to top it off ******* charged me $50 over advertised rated.

I’m getting charged twice! Both from the hotel and through *******!

Archery tournament in LaCrosse. It was a very nice place and we enjoyed that when we wanted to eat there was a pub. And the food was great! The only thing I might suggest is to have plasticware by the coffee or teas. That way people don’t have to bother the staff later in the day. Truly a great weekend! THANK YOU for everything. Can’t wait til next year

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and facilities clean, access easy.
