旅館內外都很吵鬧，管理得不太好，服務也冷淡。這樣的條件與房間價格相比十分不合理。

Location was extremely convenient to everything. This nice and cute hotel provided transportation from the airport or any excursions. However, you must call and coordinate with the front desk or ask for Marlon. He was beyond attentive, helpful, informative, friendly, and definitely made my trip positively memorable. Their food was quite delicious, and especially their complimentary breakfast, was my favorite. Thank you for everything.

Best possible location for our purpose of activity downtown and restaurants. Lacks elevator although only 3 stories. Will go back for another race/event in Fortuna

Wonderful! Friendly service, convenient location, clean, nice rooms, good breakfast, excellent restaurant, and Erick was extremely helpful with organizing our transport and excursions. Would definitely stay there again, and can happily recommend it to others. Thank-you!
P.S. the only things that were missing were maybe a chair in the room and some hooks for hanging up wet clothes.

Hôtel très bien situé. En plein milieu de la ville. Tout les restaurant et boutique ce font à pied. Service impeccable. Stationnement dans un endroit barrée donc très sécuritaire. Chambre petite mais fonctionnelle et propre. Un petit frigo aurait été apprécié dans la chambre. Très bon resto a même l’hôtel. Le déjeuner qui est inclus est excellent.

Enjoyed hot breakfast and amazing fruit. Coffee was piping hot. Wifi strong and reliable. Air conditiioned room simple but clean with outside seating. Close to Chocolate Fusion. Yum. Only con. No coffee machine in room.

The staff were very accommodating. The rooms could be updated , but it was quaint for its stay purpose . They need to Update their air condition and tv system . But the space was comfy .
