Très agréable séjour. Personnel très gentil et disponible. Le cadre est très joli ainsi que la déco de ma chambre vue sur la piscine. Je reviendrai et conseille cette adresse ! 👍😊

J’étais à la Grande Motte pour un rendez-vous manqué et j’en ai profité pour rester tranquillement dans cet endroit qui mérites d’être connu tant son propriétaire Benoît et ses employés (cathy) ont été charmants et si sympathiques (et même plus que ça en ce qui concerne Benoit…)

Hôtel très bien: chambre propre, claire, spacieuse et confortable. Bon accueil. Petit déjeuner varié avec cadre très apprécié (piscine)

Lieu agreable, paisible le personnel est agréable souriant... Le quetzal est mon hotel préféré sur LGM.

Sejour en famille pour un WE à La Grande-Motte! Très belle surprise! Habituée des déplacement et des hotels, je peux vous dire que l'hôtel est très propre, bonne accueil, piscine de qualité, rien à dire

It was a nice property but disappointing on amenities. No water provided, no coffee machine, charged for coffee???? and Parking. Quite a bit misleading or misunderstandings by check in when we tried to book another room. They had a room with two double beds available but would not let us have it? made us get two single rooms instead, nice price gouge. Some great staff, some not so good.

Really disappointed with this stay. Arrived 30 minutes before official check in and was asked to wait. The rooms were nice, which basically was the only positive thing with this stay. Pool was dirty, area around the pool was mosquito paradise and after about 10 minutes in and around pool we had about 10 mosquito bites each. We gave up and went to the room and kept the balcony closed as it was towards the room. Morning after we took the breakfast which was bad, limited choice and some of it tasted bad. When checking in was told my kids would pay kids price but when checking out the not so nice lady in the reception said no. So 26 EUR for 4 dry pastries.. not worth the money… was disappointed before this, but after this I can easily say that the hote is among the bottom 3 of about 150-200 hotels I have visited and maybe the worst one when it comes to service. Avoid staying here…
