Room was not clean when checked in, dirty towels still on bathroom counter. Sanitized ***** for toilet was removed and left in trash. TV remote did not work, staff did very little to help.

Booked a non-smoking room, got a room that smelled like wet ash trays. New room smelled like

There were several bugs in our room that we had to kill. It was not the tidiest.

Only one elevator was working. The hallway on our floor smelled like dead seafood. Someone had cooked crab legs in their room then placed the box with leftovers on the floor outside of their room. It was left there for several hours. The carpet in the room was in bad need of cleaning. There were numerous stains. I didn’t notice until morning that there were what looked like mold stains on one of the pillowcases.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms needed a little updating. Overall was a good experience.

Spider web was in the shower…room thermostat (on the wall) was on heat. Unit at the window on cool- didn’t notice the one on the unit until after we came back from our engagement. The room was extremely cold!

Many of the lightbulbs in the room were missing. The toilet paper holder was missing. The thermostat was broken and the room was very, very cold. Possessions of the previous guest were left in the room. This was one of the higher priced properties in the area. They should have done better.
