拉巴斯科爾特斯英迪格酒店 - IHG 旗下酒店(Hotel Indigo la Paz Puerta Cortes)

Recien remodelado, el cuarto olia mucho a pintura y solicitamos el cambio de habitación. La comida del room service muy muy mala. El servicio de los meseros en restaurantes lento y poco amables. Para lo que cuesta el hotel, creo que deberian de tener mucho mejor servicio en general, asi como la calidad de los alimentos

Deberían avisar que el hotel se encuentra en reparación, sin lobby sin gimnasio, con un restaurante deficiente; lo bueno, el club de playa, sin embargo demasiadas moscas que no permiten disfrutar la experiencia. Si quieren facturar no hagan reserva en Xpedia.

Lugar muy agradable, decoración muy bonita, tiene playa privada. Muy buena atención de todas las personas que trabajan ahí. Lo único malo son las habitaciones que se escuchan ruidos de los otros huéspedes como son regaderas, cuando hablan, pisadas y la parte de los baños poco privados algo raro en este hotel (aspecto que se apreciaba estaban remodelando) no lo confirme.

La propiedad es muy bonita, hay muchos lugares cerca para visitar, la vista del restaurante del cerro es increíble, el staff muy amable. Lo único raro es que cobran para ir al club de playa, deberia de estar incluido si eres huésped del hotel

Excelente Hotel, su personal, sus instalaciones, su playa y la cercanía al malecón y playas lo hace una gran opción

There’s a lot that’s great about this hotel- the staff is wonderful, the restaurant is good, Martin is the best pool bartender and the beach club cocktails and food is excellent. The little harbor location is good- but it is far from town (a 10-15 min taxi). BUT it was in the middle of renovations when we went- which we did NOT know before we arrived. The construction was next door to the pool, making the pool impossible to enjoy. And we were woken up twice in the night with the most intense toxic smell from finishing the floors 2 levels below us. It was not only unpleasant, but it made breathing really difficult. We talked to the front desk but it didn’t help much.

We love that the resort is so close to all the most beautiful beaches! Balandra beach was breathtakingly beautiful. Pichilingue beach was so relaxing. We found our home away from home! Lastly, the staff at the resort was top notch, from the receptionist to all the restaurant staff to the cleaning crew. Thank you for taking great care of us!

The property was clean. Staff were awesome. Very accommodating and helpful. Food and drinks were good. Would stay here again for sure.

beautiful location and amazing staff, but property needs remodeling its very dated and needs maintenance and upkeep.
