阿西維瓦爾達蘭Spa酒店(Hotel Spa Acevi Val D’Aran)

No es un hotel de 4* y no es lo que venden. Es caro para lo que ofrecen. No está céntrico porque está al inicio del pueblo de Vielha y si realmente lo que necesitas es que este accesible para subir a skiar, este ni lo cumple porque tienes que cruzar todo el pueblo y tragarte más atascos de los que ya hay ... No dispone de parking, si que por las inmediaciones tienes para aparcar pero hay que dar vueltas. Por el entorno no hay nada abierto para cenar, tienes que desplazarte al centro del pueblo, que es cierto que está cerca pero agotados de esquiar te tienes que dar una caminata más porque aparcar en el centro es complicado. Las habitaciones huelen raras. El colchón aceptable pero las almohadas muy blandas y no dispone de carta de almohadas. La limpieza bien. El spa no lo probamos ya que por ese mismo precio te vas al del parador. Mala insonorización de las habitaciones, se oía todo lo que pasaba en los pasillos y en la habitación de al lado. La conexión wifi fallaba mucho

Genial estancia!!! Habitación perfecta y amplia con todo lo necesario. Spa de lujo y perfecto para un día de relax. Personal muy amable y atento. En pleno centro con todas las tiendas y restaurantes. Un pueblo precioso.

The room was clean with a comfortable bed and okay bathroom. Whilst it was relatively cheap and okay for one night, it did not feel 4 star. There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Cannot comment on the location as we were only using it as a one night stopover.

The hotel bedrooms could be more updated, the spa is fairly good although is too dark and breakfast is ok (the "sweet" part like croissants, muffins, donoughs, etc should be improved - they were cold and hard to bite). The location, next to the river, was appreciated.

Start with the positives. Breakfast is good, the rooms are clean and heated well. The staff are around and doing their jobs but there is zero atmosphere. Surprised there was not even a bar in the evenings to have a drink at. There is a vending machine in the entrance sadly. It is basically a room with breakfast. There are no facilities in the room for making your own drinks - tea or coffee or hot chocolate. This is usually in 2 or 3 star hotels. They used the excuse of covid to turn off all the fridges but that made no sense especially as restrictions have eased off completely. Another minus point was that from an eco perspective there were silly details not thought about. New plastic glasses each day in the bathrooms both wrapped in cellophane. Unecessary. Again - probably a covid reason to not have real glasses however we are drinking out of coffee cups and from plates each morning at breakfast. Lastly the location is fine from the point of view of proximity to Vielha however the traffic noise is constant through the night. Haven't been to the spa (which is probably what makes this a 4 star hotel) yet but unfortunately entry is not included in the price of the room. At 25 Euros per entry and our kids under 15 are not allowed in..... All round not the best.

Stayed 3 nights and thought the hotel was below our expectations. Rooms are small as was the bathroom. Lots of chips in the bath and surrounding tiles. Breakfast looked ok but as we were there early most of the hot items were undercooked. The internet was very poor, difficult to enter and slow, very slow. Yes the location is good and the staff reasonably pleasant but overall we were disappointed.

No puede definirse este establecimiento como un hotel.... es un simple " bed & breakfast" NO tiene restaurante abierto, NO tiene bar abierto , NO tiene servicio de habitaciones, NO tiene piscina cubierta abierta a familias, NO tiene carrito para el equipaje y tampoco esperes que es señor senior de recepcion te ofrezca ayuda.... por que dice a todo que NO... El spa solo esta abierto por las tardes y no tienen horario para familias ( y NO esta escrito en ningun sitio)... deberian retirarle la licencia de Hotel y que sea un " bed and breakfast" que es lo que te dan.... cama y desayuno. El.desayuno esta correcto, todo hay que decirlo. Wifi si hay... poca cobertura, pero hay.

Excelente habitación familiar en formato suite con 4 camas amplias para familia de 4 , con sitio para un sofá y una especie de colchón tapizado para ver la tele , buena calidad de camas y buena temperatura , muy silenciosa El Spa está muy bien y merece la pena después de una día de trekking Tienen buen precio para clientes hospedados (20€ en 2022) y es amplio, moderno y variado : sauna , jacuzzi amplio con zona sentada y tumbada, baño vapor, diversas duchas , piscina , muro de hielo,.... Baño muy amplio y buen cuidado de instalaciones. La única pega las botellas de medio litro en frigorífico que parecen de cortesía, y en nuestro caso el segundo día apareció un papel debajo de una cosa que habíamos dejado el día anterior en el frigo indicando que costaban. 1,5€. Más allá que el primer día no estaba 100% seguro el papel, el precio me parece abusivo para 500cl Por lo demás buenísimo y volveremos

Edificio tradicional de montaña en el centro de la ciudad. Fácil aparcamiento delante justo del hotel. Buen trato en recepcion. Estuvimos en una habitacion familiar abuhardillada, decorado todo en madera. Muy grande y espaciosa. El desayuno es muy completo,variado y de calidad. Buena señal de wifi y todo el personal es muy amable
