凱藝套房酒店(Quality Inn & Suites la Vergne)

Lo unico que no me gusto es que no cambian las sabanas, ya que donde me hospede las sabanas esban sucias y encontre calcetas de otra persona en medio de las sabanas.

Very outdated bathroom .. door frames and such but comfortable bed.. Your typical quality Inn and suites hotel ✔️. All good

The stay was great friendly staff and the pool was clean. We enjoyed the comfort of the room as well . Great stay

Uncomfortable beds, small pillows, holes in doors from poor room design/layout. Called to ensure pool was working before free cancellation ran out, was told it was, but when we arrived the heater was broken & sign stated pool was ice cold. Breakfast had a surprising amount of choices, but all the juice was water.

Conveniently located off the highway, the bed was quite comfortable, and the staff was friendly! The shower was terrible due to the lack of water pressure and cold water. This location definitely needs an update.

I liked the separate living room and bedroom as well as the separate bath sink. The bedroom door had an issue with the hinge which prevented it from closing. The mini refrigerator was also not working and was actually quite warm inside. The bed was nice though.

really good place to stay clean however the shower pressure could be better

The front desk person was very polite. However, the sink was stopped up and the tub wouldn't hold water. Noone came in to give fresh towels and wash clothes.

The hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was not as good as I expected. Orange juice was bitter and eggs were bland and watery. Furniture did not match, mattress extremely uncomfortable. Curtain rod in shower was falling out of wall in both sides.
