拉斐特機場温德姆唄盟酒店(Baymont by Wyndham Lafayette Airport)

First time staying at a Baymont Inn. The place was very clean! The staff was friendly. And although the location is right next to a waffle house there was no need to leave the inn for breakfast. The breakfast served there was a mini breakfast bar.

J’ai laissé ma clef de véhicule dans ma chambre, à mon retour elle avait disparue, je l’ai retrouvé au bureau de réception avec comme explication qu’elle se trouvait dans une autre chambre. J’ai eu des complications pour la récupérer vérification que ce véhicule de location était bien à mon nom. Il est incompréhensible que cette clef se soit retrouvée dans une autre chambre.

Très bel hôtel et service nickel. Très bon rapport qualité prix.

Rénové récemment, très propre et tranquille. Bon accueil.

Reception, front desk and others seem like they want to help you and when you ask, you get what you want, or at least what you asked for. No games where they give you something not what you asked for but that might appear like what you wanted. The group there are easy to interact with, calming, and they don't try to cause you harm or distress.

Don’t stay here they broke in 5 cars that night the staff don’t care .. REALLY UNSAFE

The room was stinky and dirty. Did not provide me with the King bed I reserved. No Electrical outlet by the night stand

Greeters for check in and check out were nice, however the double bed room I had had a very unpleasant smell so did the pillows and sheets. They need to upgrade better housekeeping, toilets refrigerators it smelled mildewed throughout the entire room. I also purchased a swim band for $10, however I didn’t swim they refused me a refund. I feel that they could have accommodated me being the room was already not up to par that’s the least they could have done. Customer service and courtesy comes first before greed of money. All that money I know they’ve accumulated needs to go back into the hotel to expand the comfortability of visitors.

The only issue was the bed was a bit tall for me. I have short legs. No fault of the motel.
