Best Western Plus Lafayette Hotel University Area

The only complaint I had is that there was a constant fan running on the heat. There was no way to turn the fan off. Very clean and friendly staff.

I hate this hotel, the people are rude and nasty, the staff suck

This was my first stay at a Best Western, overall we were very pleased with our stay. The only thing I think they need to do is update their room listings that say there is a bathtub, because I booked the room I did because it showed it had a tub. When arriving at the hotel staff told me that all rooms had been redone and no longer have tubs only walk-in showers.

My family stayed here for one night and we were shocked at how dirty our room was! There was black hair everywhere on the bathroom floor and in the shower…we are all blonde. The mattresses didn’t fit the bed frames. The positive of our stay was our room was quiet and the complimentary breakfast was nice in the AM for the kiddos.

Sleepless 1st night listening to 18 wheelers as the room window is only 100 feet away from Highway 65, only outdoor parking between room and highway. Hallway smells interesting. Swimming pool has concrete floors under the beautiful lights so no try this time. Stained iron board. 2nd night was ok as transferred to the other side of the hallway with no noise issue. But I was paying over $215 per night rate under non-refundable terms. GM insisted no cancelation without 24 hours notice ahead and I only know half of the rooms are all facing a busy highway so close when arrived late at night. No plan in the future to try my luck again wishing maybe placed on the quiet side of the hallway even through we are Purdue frequent visitors for research cooperation and family reasons. The interior is beautifully remodeled and the breakfast is pretty good if that's what you cares more. We simply need good night sleep to carry out the daily functions.

Hotel is located next to highway so road noise is 24/7 especially if your room faces highway. Rooms are comfortable but bathrooms need to be remodeled and cleaned. Hotel is close to restaurants.

The hotel itself was OK we found the room clean and comfortable. The shower door was broken, there was only half of a shower door. The toiletries were awful

The room was dirty and there were still dirty towels in the room. we requested and received A different room it was a little better

Housekeeping was not regular, towels were not adequate knowing two people were staying, Bath soap etc. not replenished
