箭頭湖賓館(Arrowhead Lake Inn)

Very close to downtown restaurants and entertainment. Two heaters in the room. One heater stopped working after three hours (needed to be drained of water) and the second heater was not powerful enough to keep the temperature above 44 degrees Fahrenheit. Management was aware of this concern, did not mention the heating challenge during check in, and still put our family of four in the room.

Very cozy hotel. Nice customer service. The stuff checked me in was super friendly. Would definitely stay again. View is super nice. Only thing is the room needs a bit updating on bed linens and window curtains.

It was a wonderful stay in a delightfully quaint little Inn. Surrounded by a very picturesque area of Arrowhead Lake. The employee that helped us, was super nice. Highly recommend this if you’re looking for a great mountain get away. Also very close to lots of little shops and restaurants in nearby Arrowhead Lake Village. Walking distance. Nothing like waking up with a fresh cup of coffee and snacks already prepared in the lobby and the view of the lake while you sit on the front patio.

Heater was not working well. Set at 85 degrees but actual temp stuck at around 60 degrees. Other than this problem, all else was good.

Property was clean and comfortable, also a good value. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. A bit of a long walk to the shops in the village, brutal in cold weather.

This place has an unique style, we love every part of it! It was really close to the village, the only bad thing is that to cross the street there’s no stop sign and it’s dangerous. Our room was so pretty, very comfortable, spacious, you can grab snacks and movies from the lobby at anytime and that’s a plus! We really enjoy our stay there. The room was a little cold tough.

This inn is next to the lake, 2 minutes walk away, which is very convenient. The heater works very well. But it is a bit noisy at night since u could hear all ur neighbors walking around. And my room shower water is not hot at all.

Im not one to ever leave bad reviews. I showed up for check in with my kids and wife and weather was about forty degrees and room heaters did not function or furnace neither. I mentioned this to the front desk lady who was very helpful and nice but had no solution for us so I had to pack my things and leave 1 hr after arrival and drive back home since my kids were freezing in room. I booked through ******* and ******* reached out to them to provide refund and they denied it. If you cant provide heating you should not deny refund period. Parking was terrible and limited as well. Dont stay here during winter unless you want to freeze.

Wonderful Stay! Gail checked us in and was so sweet! Easy parking, great lobby with soooo many snavks, lovely room., clean, comfy, cozy and short walk to the Village with lots of shops and restaurants. Loved it! Recommend!
