This stay was overall acceptable and not unpleasant. The checkin clerk was efficient and courteous. I found the room to be stuffy with a slightly musty smell. Even with the temperature dialed down on the AC, the room maintained its stuffy nature. Upon showering, I found the tub surface to be slippery and my footing remained unsteady throughout the process. When I opened the refrigerator to place items within, I was greeted with the unmistakable odor of spoiled food. Despite the aforementioned, I was confident the fridge interior was wiped clean. The room layout was good, with adequate television amenity, and the bed though stiff, provided a good sleep. An acceptable breakfast capped off my stay, and checkout was brief.

I didn’t like that If you stay for 3 days or longer you have to call for clean towels and no room clean. Mattress were very dirty and toilet clogged. Has to keep pouring buckets of water in to flush.

Our 1st room smelled of urine. The friendly front desk clerk immediately changed our room which was much better. The elevator and the ice machines were down. Elevator stereo working the next day; not sure about the ice machines. Staff was awesome.

Conforme à la description mais malheureusement pas de ménage faits durant 3 jours. Les poubelles non vidées et les serviettes non changées.

Smoke alarm in my room disconnected. No TNT network tv to watch NBA finals. Inoperative coffee maker in room. No food at breakfast. Verry inattentive buffet attendant.

A/c was not cold, the tub shower combo drained very slowly and there was a crack in the toliet. The breakfast was good

Sucio, no apto para descansar menos cuando andas con menores de edad .

When we checked in the gentleman said we did not have a reservation. But I KNOW that we did. It seems to me that he cancelled our reservation so that he could put in a new one with his nameassociated with it. The same thing happened to the woman who checked in right after me.
