Very Good

I found the hotel to be very clean, the bed was comfortable, the staff was very nice. I'd like to add that when I had car trouble, Jason at the front desk went out of his way to call a locksmith for me. Excellent service! Thank you Jason!

Room 318- lumpy pillows made for a rough night of sleep. The pool had so much chlorine in it that my eyes and my kid's eyes were burning after about 30 minutes of use. They did have a lot of fun with the basketball hoops. The shower pipes were very loud (squealing) when turning on the shower. The breakfast was great.

Newer property but the beds weren’t that comfortable. Both Queen beds in my room seemed to have a groove worn into them that made it felt like a hump was in the middle of the bed. I think the majority of guests sleep closer to the night stand side of the bed causing uneven wear on the mattresses. I stay in a lot of hotels and don’t usually see this kind of wear in a newer property. Might be a cheaper brand of mattress, I’m not sure. My TV would somehow come on with the wrong input and I couldn’t get programming unless I unplugged the HDMI cord and manually switched the input. Aside from these oddities this is a newer well maintained hotel convenient to the highway and attractions in the Dells.

Everything was wonderful except our bed was horrible. I always stay at Hampton because of the comfort of their beds, cleanliness and coffee available at all times. I actually have a Hampton bed at home that I ordered from Hampton several years ago. My husband and I woke up with neck and back pain. We were so disappointed, didn’t get any rest. The staff were wonderful and the grounds were clean and well kept.

Beds and room were comfortable. The check-in was not “friendly” as the front desk staff were preoccupied. The room was fairly clean but the shower had corners near the floor that needed a dark grime cleaning. The door to the bathroom was peeling paint at the bottom - both these are an easy fix when the staff is paying attention. All in all it was an “ok” stay.

The property was clean and the morning breakfast was superior. My only knock would be that the attendants at the front desk were not very social. I asked about access to tooth floss but the attendant basically said no, we don’t offer that. Otherwise, a fine option for any traveler!

Day time front desk staff didn't know what they were doing. Reserved room through ******* but they needed all my my information again but later found out that we weren't checked in when our room keys would not work.

Jason at the front desk was amazing and extremely helpful!!! Room was clean and comfy
