La Quinta Inn & Ste by Wyndham Wisconsin Dells- Lake Delton

We had a very enjoyable stay at LaQuinta Lake Delton/WI Dells. We experienced geat customer service. The facility was only 2 years old when we stayed, & offered a modern a**osphere. Included breakfast was tasty & complete. Facility's whirlpool was spacious & pool size suffucient. Patio offered a modern fireplace 24/7, and also a gas grill (which we did not use). Only one slup up - our room was not cleaned when we entered, so we were issued a different room. Reasonable rates for the quality, cleanliness & amenities included. We recommend this LaQuinta Inn & Suites location.

I stayed in An accessible room. Didn't need it but that's all I could book at the time. Bed was low, but it was comfortable. Room was large, but we were assigned a room that was at the end of the hall. Seemed strange to be put all the way at the end when the hotel was pretty empty. Breakfast was really basic, some powdered eggs, Sausage links and waffles. Not impressed. I wanted to leave after my first night, but since I used a third party, I couldn't get a refund for 2nd night. They also charge a service fee 10.66 for using 3rd party company for reservation.

Our front desk staff was friendly and warm we had a choice of floors when we checked in . Our room was clean, updated and spacious.

The hotel is very clean, the staff were amazing, the rooms are very spacious, clean and comfortable.

Great location, I had a conference at Kalahari and it was only 3 mins drive to there. Clean room and good breakfast.

I was really impressed with this hotel. The decor was updated; the bed was comfortable; the service was good; the room was quiet and clean; and the price was great. Overall 10/10. I plan to stay here in the future when I come back to the area. (The breakfast was sub-par compared to other hotels that offer a hot breakfast but that wasn't really important to me so I didn't deduct any stars.)

Arrived 2 pm to try for early checkin. Told to come back at 3:30. We came back at 3:30 and were told the room we requested was not ready. We had requested a room either on the first floor, or near elevator, due to minor mobility issue. Told the only room available was on the 4th floor, and it was at the end of the hallway. No other option was given. Not happy with how this was handled.
