克盧特弗裏波特凱藝酒店(Quality Inn Clute Freeport)

I have never stayed here before this is my first time.  Overall everything was clean and neat and pretty updated. The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful.. overall the only complaints I have is that the mattress was awful , springs were just about to come through the mattress. Traffic on the service road all alone was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Constant loud cars and trucks going by all the times of the day and night. Being that my room was on the first floor in the front of the hotel. The noise was bad. Overall everything else was fine .

Quiet hotel nice room, and staff is very friendly. I stayed an additional night.

The hotel received only one reservation. Rooms were swapped around and had to pay for another night to accommodate.

We did see three bugs in our room during our two night stay but overall it was clean and comfortable.

Key for door barely worked. Had to jiggle it. Stains on carpet. Musty smell in room even though it was non-smoking.

First, the rooms were filthy. All three rooms we got. One of them had mildew and a pair of boxers on the floor when we got there. The carpets are straight trash. Also on one of the rooms food was still in the fridge when we got the and then the room was open and couldn’t even close the door. Front lady was nice tho, she was very helpful and didn’t hesitate to help in any way.

Was clean and very nice room.Ac worked great especially with this scolding hot weather.The lady at the front desk was kind and it was a fast and easy checked end as well as check out. 10/10 would stay again.

Everything was just fine. Easy and convenient for a fishing trip. Only about 10 min to the beach and cant beat the price.

Needs a bit more effort in the breakfast and Ac needs to be cleaned .it looked dirty from where the air was coming out and curtain had stains and some holes
