萊克蘭帝國天鵝套房酒店(Imperial Swan Hotel and Suites Lakeland)

The online photos are not truly representative of what the actual building looks like. The building is old and not well kept. Upon my arrival, the chap at checking was also working as the handyman and his clothing was filthy. During the night, my neighbor smoked in the bathroom and a trip to the bathroom was met with the choking, filthy odor of the cigarette smoke. With a little effort, this hotel could become a wonderful in the area.

Pésimo, un hotel que dice tener 3 estrellas en estados unidos ,es un engaño total. Reserve porque tenia buena ubicación. El precio es demasiado para ese tipo de alojamiento. Jamas había estados en un hotel tan deplorable en mi vida ni en los países mas pobres. Hay un lista grande de todo lo que no me gusto empezando desde que no habia nadie en recepción solo aparecía a las 4pm una chica joven. Despues decia que tenia que llamar a un telefono para que alguien se acercara al front desk, no limpian nunca la habitacion. Esas sabanas, frazada eran un asco tuve que dormir encima , no nos bañamos porque las toallas daban asco. Pedi mas toallas nuevas y me dijo que solo tenian de mano y parecian esas toallas que son tapetes para el piso. El lavarorio solo tenia agua caliente no fria. La taza se le iba el agua felizmente no se atoro. El. Control remoto no tenia tapa,la piscina un engaño esta abandonada. El tv se le iba la señal, en alguna habitacion fumaban *********, todo olia a eso. La peor experiencia de mi vida

Muy sucio, mal olor, etc. En general muy descuidado.

Espere más de una hora en el lobby para hacer checking

When I arrived (for my reservation) there was a sign that said “be right back”; after waiting 20 min, I called a number that was taped to the wall. I left a voicemail saying I was at the front desk and there were others there too (2 others came after me). After another 15 minutes I called again and was sent straight to a full voicemail. Shortly after I received a text saying “what do you want?” So I responded I was trying to check in for my reservation. Another 10 min passed and a guy came down the elevator. Believe me, had I not had a reservation I never would have tolerated; coupled with the town was booked up for state championships. The entire facility was gross, had mold everywhere, stains in the tub (so disgusting I wouldn’t even shower) and I was terrified I would end up with bedbugs from the whole feel of the place. I would strongly encourage you to not post this place on your website—you shouldn’t encourage anyone to stay here.

With Hotels @ $300 a night, this property served its purpose. They seem to have a small staff, but they were nice and helpful.

Overall positive experience. The hotel was very nice for the price. Room was nice enough. Microwave and fridge in room but no coffee maker. Had to go to the front desk to get a remote for the tv. We were there two nights and did not get maid service so I don’t know if we stayed longer if there would have been anyone that came by. Lots of restaurants close by as well.

Couldn’t get ahold of front desk. No one would answer phone. No one there for check out. Blankets are hard and worse than jail blankets. Place is old and run down. No ice machine anywhere. No cable. Trash bins full on every floor and yes we looked cause we looked for ice everywhere. Gym closed and pool empty.(no water) shampoo was half used. It’s expensive and other hotels with bad reps are way cheaper and better

Property is run down, dirty, and in desperate need of repairs. 1st room had broken shower. Staff was kind about moving us to a different room. It was very inexpensive, so I know not much can be expected.
