地理位置優越，酒吧價格合理，早餐不錯，而且價格也不貴。辦理入住時房間很溫暖，一塵不染。我們有套間浴室，但地方有很多廁所和淋浴（老實說，通常會提供更多的空間）。很棒的員工和熱情的歡迎。這些旅館是我們「爸爸旅行」週末散步的去處。

安布賽德青年旅舍 (Ambleside YHA) 是我們步行度假的理想基地。我們以熟食早餐開始新的一天，然後回來喝茶和蛋糕，在餐廳享用晚餐，在酒吧喝一杯，同時欣賞溫德米爾的景色。物有所值，工作人員友善，住宿輕鬆愉快。

We stayed in room 131. Room was fine and clean. Toilets at this end of the building were disgusting. The smell was so bad you had to hold your nose while entering. There were sanitary bags on the floor and yet there were no other ladies on our floor. We tried to use another toilet at the other end of the building but the door was locked and our key fobs wouldn’t allow us at certain times of the day to use the other facilities. There were no cleaning staff around at the time as we thought this may have been the issue. Breakfast was OK. Toilets on the ground floor were satisfactory. Building is very tired and needs a little bit of tlc. As per a previous comment, don’t expect happy, smiley friendly staff on arrival. We informed the staff the next morning about the issue with the toilet. They apologised and said they would look into it. We usually stay at YHA Keswick which is beautifully clean. Breakfasts are stunning and staff friendly. We won’t be going back to Ambleside!

Stayed here with some friends as part of stag do. I thought it was going to be pretty, but i was awestruck with just how beautiful it was. We got a room with an excellent view over Windermere. The service and staff were brilliant throughout and could not really complain about anything. They even waited up for the last member of our little troupe.
