來柯維温泉度假酒店(Lakeway Resort and Spa)

The service was very professional by all Staff. The facilities were really nice and clean and well maintained. Food was really good and served timely. I recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with great Staff.

Absolutely amazing resort! Restaurant, pool and spa, you never have to leave! The best part is easily the service though. They are always so great here and they definitely go above and beyond in their personal service to you the customer. They have a great restaurant and bar! The food is good and the bars are always open and ready to serve! My only complaint was it wasn’t busy and they closed the restaurant early….which I get but I almost felt like they rushed us out. However it was fine and we were happy to hit the other bar so the staff could go home since there were only two people there anyways.

If i had to describe my trip to Lakeway Resort and Spa, it would be with one word...HORRIBLE. The staff was not friendly at all. Every person on staff was not friendly. Its was almost kinda weird. Once we got settled in our room and went back to the front desk to get some guidance on things to do, etc, the lady at the front desk was on a personal call and never offered to assist us even as we stood there waiting. I knew it was a personal call judging by the conversation. When we asked another staff person directions to the lake, his response was "go that way". Thats it. The rooms were mediocre, DEFINTITELY NOT WORTH THE PRICE. I would never recommend this place to anyone. I really can't express enough how displeased we were.

Buena habitación con vista al lago. Nos despertó a las 2 am la alarma de incendios, se activó en dos oportunidades!! pero no dieron una explicación...

The hotel seems to be old and the AC/heater are very out dateed every time the unit would turn on or off it would sound like knocking on the door. We really could not sleep because of the noise of the Ac/heater unit.

Peaceful and quiet. Enjoyed my stay . The only thing I disliked were the stains in the carpet and the spiders that were in the bathroom and balcony.

Feels like a small motel once inside the room. Lounge and bar area are really nice. No exhaust in the restroom, wierd black marks on headboard. Just needs a overhaul inside the room.
