丹佛西南萊克伍德萬豪萬楓酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Denver Southwest/Lakewood)

The staff was excellent and helped us with some issues we had. Our room had problems with hot water. It was very intermittent and typically there was no hot water. The first morning there we had to be somewhere so we could not change rooms in the morning. The staff let us use the bathroom in another room so we had hot showers. The next morning we had warm water for one shower and my wife took a shower in the other room again. That said, our room was recently remodeled, very clean, nicely appointed, very quiet and very comfortable beds. The lack of hot water was the only problem and the staff helped us work through that. I did have one cold shower and yikes it was cold.

Beware: pet fee is $75. Save yourself the money and look anywhere else near by where it is $25. Also, the hotel had a faulty fire alarm (front desk verified and I heard firemen discussing it) and it went off twice - 11:40pm and again about midnight. Both took about 15 minutes of everyone outside to turn it off. No compensation given even after requests. Also, very thin walls. Could hear everything in the next room. Avoid this place.

We booked a King room for our 2 night stay. I received a confirmation directly through the hotel that we had a king room and even early checked in on the app for that room type. Upon check in we received a queen room and due to it being a concert night there were no kings left. Only positive was the staff. Despite not getting us into a king room they did make us feel welcome and were helpful. The hotel itself was humid and musty in areas. Thankfully it was just a place to rest our heads for two nights. I included a picture of the ceiling on our floor, speaks for itself. Definitely better places to stay if you’re checking out Red Rocks.

Dull ambience of hotel, unwelcoming feeling in room, insufficient supplies provided in room, very base quality coffee maker in room, not enough lights in room, no exhaust fan in washroom, TV in room is too big and it dosnt connect to internet. Didn’t feel like I was staying in a Marriott hotel.

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very accommodating and friendly. However, our room was on the roadway side of the building so the noise from the traffic was quite loud. Since we live in a rural area is was rather annoying to us.

Plumbing was messed up in the room. Got downgraded from a King room to two queens and the manager said that if you book through a third party you aren’t guaranteed to get a room. I think it’s so rude when hotels act like booking through ********** is lesser. The pillows were also terrible and didn’t get much sleep as a result. Breakfast was great!!

This hotel looks new or recently renovated, but there was a huge water leak in the ceiling in front of our room. The water damage spread into our bathroom during our stay. We reported it to 2 separate hotel staff before they put a bucket under the water leak, but never offered to inspect our room to ensure it wasn’t a safety issue. Didn’t offer us a room change or acknowledge that the condition of the room wasn’t up to par. Staff was not friendly, seemed inconvenienced by our notification of the leak. Grateful we were only staying one night.

Common areas very nice - clean, open, bright, spacious. Only one elevator of two was working. The shower was disappointing - low pressure, took forever to get warm, handheld head kept slipping down, H meant cold and C meant hot, hinky handle. Room needs more than just the half mirror in the bathroom, full-length somewhere would be great, more storage in bathroom for toiletries would be nice; lots of pillow options is very nice, AC worked well to cool the room but it vibrated loud enough to disturb my sleep. Otherwise, relatively quiet place. Good breakfast options, but only paper, plastic products are used so too much waste. Staff very friendly.

Was a great place and very clean as I was shocked how clean it was. I talk to a guy named Shawn and he was the best running this property.
