Staff great room nice check in slow but stay was great

I stay in Lakewood 1x month for work and out of all the hotels I’ve stayed in this was my best stay!

This Holiday Inn needs to upgrade this site. They had one USB port in our room and it was over by the desk. The highway noise was loud. The shower didn't work well and it splattered outside the shower stall. We won't stay here again. The food though at the Innsider Bar & Grill was good.

Was dissappointed with the room because there was no microwave, the refridgerator was an older model and was freezing everything (you could not change the settings) and there was only one small trash can. The night desk clerk was rude and not very friendly.

Hotel is good, beds were great. Could have been cleaner. Hair on the walls of the shower. Found a dirty washcloth on shower curtain that was from last guest I assume that was dirty. Towels had stains.

The room was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast in the hotel restaurant and it was delicious with great service. All of the hotel employees we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful.

Great stay. Had late check-in. The front desk upgraded my room to a suite.

I have been here before and this property is clean, comfortable beds and no issues.

Good hotel, only thing was would of liked a coffee maker in the room.

Over all good stay. They need to fix the elevators. 2 elevators, 1st night only one working next morning both down.

Main problem was the elevator was out of service and we were on 5th floor. Signs were very confusing on which elevator to go to and the hosts yelling at us to go the other elevator. Otherwise we had a great stay.
