This hotel has not been cleaned properly in a very long time (no cleaner has dared venture behind the bed for instance) and the common areas are atrocious. Loud people living in the rooms there. I would NOT recommend this place unless you are stranded in a snow storm!

Only things i didn't like was the $50 fee hold for damages & the high price of pop & water. Other than those, I loved the place.

The free breakfast was pretty pathetic. They were also allowing people to smoke right by the front door and the entire lobby and first floor hallway smelled like smoke

The breakfast was weak! Cold cereal and waffles. No other hot options. No bread, no toast, no muffins.

It was obvious it was a rough neighborhood and a rough hotel, with graffiti scratched into the elevator, broken security locks that had been replaced... front door locked feom 10pm to 8am unless you have a key, but the key didn't work so I had to go through the side door to get back in.

Room was spacious and quiet. Bed was very comfortable, clean sheets and towels and shower was hot with good water pressure.
Curtains were worn and partially torn. Carpet was stained. Bathroom door needed repair and the phone was broken.

Stayed for 4 nights and it was a million times better than our last hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and smelled nice. Overall i would stay here again.
