Tuvimos una mala muy mala experiencia ! Cuando llegamos nos dieron una habitación que estaba ocupada después bajamos otra vez a recepción y nos dieron otra habitación que estaba sucia y por ultimo nosndieron otra habitacion que fue donde nos quedamos ya teniamos demaciada prisa por que teniamos un compromiso importante que no revisamos bien el cuarto y tambien estaba sucio estaba lla de pelos de perro y habia hasta cucarachas ! La peor experiencia que hemos tenido en hoteles nada de recomendable este lugar !

What a great place to stay; right off the interstate. Room was spacious with a king size bed, a 2 burner stove, fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. Glad I chose this place. Ms Harris greeted me with the warmest welcome; Ms Stacey had the breakfast well prepared, and Ms Baker was quite hospitable. My only complaint was that the WiFi was horrible… I couldn’t login to my apps until I got away from the property. Nevertheless I would definitely recommend this property!

I stayed due to last minute travel for work. It smelled very bad in the halls and room I stayed in like **** and cigarettes. The towels I got in my room (two) were no clean and had some stains on them. When I went to bed there was a fake eyelash stuck to the corner sheets. Workers are very rude, do not say hi or ignore you when you greet them.

My fiancé and I went for a nice little get away planning to relax and cook some dinner, having a kitchenette would be nice but upon opening the door the sink was disgusting and full of old food. Sink and garbage disposal were inoperable. They told us there were no other rooms available and they could have someone come fix it tomorrow even tho that’s when we’d be checking out. No other accommodations, discount or refund was offered and we still have yet to hear from the manager. Very disappointing and frustrating.

Liked the staff, they were friendly and helpful. The room was disappointing, the bathroom vanity lights did not work. The light did not work for one nightstand (I swapped the bulb from the wall lamp). The wall lamp did not have a shade. The water pressure for the bathroom sink was very low.

Stay was mid. Check-in was easy got to the room it was nice, we stayed in the king w/sofabed. The pool closed at 9pm which I saw on the website 10pm. I asked for extra sheets and blanket for the couch bed and the employee said that they don’t offer extra basically I needed to bring my own so I dont know why they offer a couch bed but don’t offer sheets and blankets to go with it. Breakfast was a joke coffee machine didn’t even work. Rooms does have small kitchen which is nice for extended stays. I’m up in the air on if I would stay here again.

The property looked nice upon arrival but mins after going in our room I noticed roaches in kitchen and bathroom area. The hallways and lobby of hotel were always 84-89 while it was 92-97 outside. The pool was disgusting which was unfortunate since it was so hot and one of reasons I picked the hotel. There were multiple teenage basketball teams staying there and they kept us up at all hours of night. Trash was piling out of all then trash cans on every floor all weekend which made it smell as well with has hot as hallways and lobby were.

The service was terrible. I requested for a new mattress for the sofa bed and for housekeeping to clean the room and was denied and told to email the manager. I called choice hotels customer service

Lets just keep it simple here. The room was fine - the hotel is listed as non smoking but the room smelled like it was smoked in by the last few guests. The refrigerator was incapable of holding a worth using temp ( FULL SIze) all our food we bought 1st night went bad, not a mini fridge over 3 days so not a rushing to temp issue. Pool was closed ( seasonally ) . Breakfast included was basically a waste of waking up, staff complaining that they didnt have anything to cook but would be better tomorrow. Which didnt get better. Soggy questionable Eggs that we recooked in our room and some sausge, cherrios with no way extract and milk that had been moved into a pitcher with no date . Coffee machine was water not coffee. Should be listed as a 1 star hotel with no accommodations. If it was just a standalone room would be fine but needed a location that provides what is listed to be included with the stay with at atleast a C grade of delivery.

Melanie at front desk was excellent. Very polite and professional handling multiple guests during middle of severe storm with tornado sirens going off. She was great!

I like that it was affordable

They stay was very uncomfortable. The room I reserved was not available they just gave me a different room. I was promised to get a new room once other rooms were cleaned after checked out. My family was crammed and not able to enjoy the room. Later in the evening they gave a roll away bed and apologized. No refund or discounts given.

Stayed Saturday night in a 2 queen bed suite. Immediately upon entering our room it smelled like a locker room and was very hot. Not inviting at all when all you want to do is get in and rest after a long trip. We had a party of 5 and only had 2 sets of towels in the restroom. We asked for extra towels and were told we had to take down the towels we used to get another set and repeat if we needed more. Ridiculous since we reserved a party of 5!! TV remote didn’t work. Told front desk and were told we had to make sure the cube was hanging in front of the TV screen or the tv would not work. The beds were very dirty too. Under the blankets, sheets and mattress topper were very dirty mattresses that hadn’t been cleaned ever. The dirty mattresses are well hidden under all the padding. We didn’t notice the mattress till the next morning as we were packing up or would have asked for another room. Checking out we were asked why we didn’t say anything about the room and we told the guy we did but they never offered to correct the problem’s. We woke up late so we didn’t try the breakfast. They have a sign in the restroom saying if you forgot essential toiletry items to ask for them at front desk but after the awful service we had already received, opted to buy what we needed from Walmart instead including Lysol and febreeze.Avoid this hotel if you want a clean friendly stay. The rooms are dirty, smelly and staff doesn’t care if you are happy or not. Regretted wasting our money here.

The property is fairly new so for now it seems to be in good condition. What we booked is not what we received, and we were sent to a dirty room first and had to wait for them to find a clean room before we could fully check in. Staff was not mean or unprofessional, but not great either. Not somewhere I will stay again.
