Beautiful hotel, staff where amazing and easy to find the centre of town

Very comfortable and friendly hotel environment! Convenient location.

This is our 4th time staying at the Arts Hotel in Lancaster. It never disappoints. I love the casual artsy feeling about it. Artwork can be found throughout the entire building ranging from guests drawings on the elevator to more expensive professional artwork on the walls and in rooms. Artwork is for sale should you find something you "must have." Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is ideal for walking to downtown Lancaster where any number of good shops and eating places may be found. It's also near to highways to take you out of Lancaster and to so many great sites in the Lancaster area.

The Hotel is great. From the time we checked in to the time we checked out all was good. The two gentlemen at the front desk were friendly and helpful. The bartender was kind as well. Parking was easy and free. I highly recommend Arts Hotel if you're in need of hotel in Lancaster.

Interesting hotel in converted industrial site. Walkable to downtown. Excellent restaurant on site. We had a great stay over the Holidays.

Excellent restaurant within the hotel and extremely accommodating staff. Third time visiting the Arts Hotel and I’ll be back.
