櫃檯相當親切，語言不通也完全沒問題。 （比手畫腳） 入住會給Basel區域的優惠券。 旁邊就是coop超市和公車站，也離火車站很近！ 床很舒服，一覺天亮，浴室很乾淨。 早餐也很好吃！ 也有參加巴塞爾的聖誕市集非常熱鬧， 優惠券的話交通都不用錢～～ 還有給樓下烤雞店的優惠券。

酒店位置極佳，行3分鐘就到火車站，到舊城市中心觀光景點，只需步行10分鐘，從酒店房間望出去，可以看到日出日落景色，早餐雖然款式不多，但品質甚佳，唯一不足之處，就是到酒店大堂要行數級樓梯，對於攜帶大件行李箱的旅客來說不太方便

今年瑞士最後一站放在了北部城市巴塞爾。這座衹有24平方公里的邊境城市，雖然是邊境，但是非常發達和現代化。 環境： 在維多利亞、瑞享、麗笙和諾富特等酒店之中選擇了這家三星級酒店。酒店就在SBB火車站對面，走出大廳100米公交總站門口。雖然是交通換乘中心，但是環境還不錯，有零星的流浪漢，但是勝在交通方便。 設施： 沒有健身中心，可以付費去合作伙伴那裡 。大堂酒吧還行，人少，corner街景，咖啡在6-7瑞郎之間。房間不是很大，但是功能齊全，而且衞生間空間比較大，很適合旅行擁有。 衞生： 大廳樓道等公共區域打理乾淨，房間也很整潔，瑞士酒店的整潔度是可以信賴的。 服務： checking和checkout都很快速，房間已經早就準備好了，行李寄存簡單。有巴塞爾通卡，所有城市公交都免費，部分博物館還能打半價，其他服務沒啥感覺。

I had a pretty good experience staying at Basel Youth Hostel. The location is convenient, with easy access to public transport and just a short walk to the city center and the Rhine river. The building is modern, clean, and well-designed, with a nice mix of comfort and functionality. The staff were friendly and helpful, and check-in was smooth. My room was tidy and quiet, with comfortable beds and good storage space. I also appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the availability of common areas to relax or get some work done. Breakfast was simple but fresh and satisfying — a good start to the day. I also liked the eco-friendly approach the hostel takes, which added to the overall positive impression. Would definitely recommend it to budget travelers looking for a safe, clean, and well-located place to stay in Basel!

Das Personal sehr net. Auch das Service-Personal. Das Frühstücksbuffet, toll! Für jeden Geschmack etwas, aber nicht überlastet. Für mich war es im Zimmer zu warm, vielleicht weil ich kälteres Klima gewohnt bin. Obwohl im Zentrum, sehr ruhig, wir haben unseren Aufenthalt richtig genossen, danke
