艾哈邁德是這家酒店最好的工作人員。酒店比較新,所以裝飾很好,空調工作得很好。 除非你爲服務支付額外的錢,否則不可能每天打掃房間。與一般的女性工作人員溝通需要花費很多努力(有一天,當我外出時,一名清潔婦女無緣無故地搬動了我的個人物品)。 有4天互聯網根本沒用,我終於通過trip.com提出這個問題,他們派工程師來換房間的wifi設備,所以互聯網終於恢復了。

酒店很大，房間很大有客廳 很乾淨很舒適， 在一個小區裏面感覺像去了歐洲 而且服務人員也很有禮貌， 值得推薦這間酒店

We would definitely come back again! We have enjoyed staying at Salam 275 hotel during our visit to Cairo. The room we booked was exactly as it’s described online, the stuff are very nice and respectful and they go above and beyond to help their gusts with everything they need And specially MOHEMADE RIFAD who work at the front desk is a supper genuine, very special nice man! The first night we checked in at their hotel, we did not have any Egyptian currency yet to purchase anything, and thus, he went ahead and paid for all of our meal from his own money… (and offer to help if theirs anything else that we need) and we returned his money to him the next day. They assisted us with everything we need at the hotel and or outside, directing us touring the city, places to go and even find us the honest taxi drivers that we can use. We appreciate their hospitality

埃及的酒店兩極分化比較嚴重，價格低的的確就是中國青年旅舍的標準很難找一到舒適的。價格高的肯定就是國內住內心的標準了。這家酒店環境、舒適度、服務都很好，在埃及算是商務出行最佳的選擇了

如果攜程有添加小費功能。我會給這個酒店添加小費。服務很貼心。有免費接送機服務，需要提前預訂。今天出發電腦包放在大堂，坐上送機車大概不到5分鐘就來電確認提醒我的電腦落在了酒店，司機又開回酒店，拿到電腦後又返回機場。全程沒有另外加收費用。司機擔心我們趕不上車，特意提速送機。但加時很平穩安全。幫我保管電腦的大堂經理，一位年輕的男士，過於匆忙沒有記下他的名字。感謝他的提醒，聯繫，與協助。酒店整體服務很棒。大堂吧的餐食也很棒。菜單上沒有太多的埃及料理，大堂吧的服務人員特意告知廚房做了菜單上沒有的料理，海鮮番茄鍋，這個真的太適合中國胃了。熱乎乎的，海鮮很新鮮，番茄濃郁好味。 早餐也多樣，還有中國料理角。泳池水温是温的nice.礦泉水無限供應。房間裏還有暖氣和冷氣，太棒了。下次還會選擇入住。再次感謝熱情的招待與服務

住了五天四晚，早餐很不錯 ，服務也還好吧，前台的女接待態度一般般。強烈建議離開的時候uber, 不要前台叫車，前台叫車30美金。uber200埃磅。

房間設施比較舊，服務人員態度一般。距離機場近，外出打車Uber方便，不用糾結小費，酒店餐廳不好吃👎

Sehr schön ausgestattetes Apartment. Die Lage des Apartments befindet sich in einer Seitenstraße in New Cairo. Man ist aber auf ein Taxi oder Auto angewiesen um Restaurants oder Geschäfte zu erreichen. Das Apartment selber war groß und gemütlich ausgestattet.
