遊客區旺中帶靜的位置非常好，步行或網約車都方便

從另外一間酒店過來的，臨時預訂，價格没有海鮮價，很平穩，干淨燈光明亮，窗口能看到聖三一教堂，又預訂了多一晚。去機場和去亞美尼亞的巴士站幾分鐘路程很近。

此次第比利斯之行，入住 moxy 酒店超滿意！地理位置絕佳，對我而言堪稱完美，步行 25 分鐘左右，就能抵達絕大多數著名景點。Dry Bridge Market 近在咫尺，從酒店旁的橋走上去就到，打卡超便捷。網紅咖啡店 Kvarts coffee 也不遠，溜達 18 分鐘就能享受醇香咖啡和小姐姐的專屬咖啡杯畫作。 酒店內部體驗也很棒，房間嶄新又整潔，住得超舒心。服務員禮貌熱情，讓人如沐春風。酒店對面餐廳在本地頗有名氣，住客出示房卡還能打 9 折，實惠又美味，美中不足的是吃完出來身上會有點油煙味。不過，第比利斯過馬路不太方便，人行道較少，出行時需要多留意。但總體瑕不掩瑜，推薦給來這兒的朋友！

房間很乾凈，設施和國內的 garden inn 基本一致； 酒店周圍沒什麼東西，衹有一個加油站的小便利店； 前台和客房的態度都很好，英語俄語都可以交流，衹是工作效率太低了，一個刮鬍刀送了2個小時才來； housewife Gulnazi 打掃地很乾凈，很贊

地理位置絕佳！房間很棒，浴室和淋浴間都很寬敞。毋庸置疑，它是全新的（最近才開業）。位置優越，靠近地鐵站和充滿活力的Vake郊區，那裡有很多很棒的咖啡廳和餐廳。 員工非常友善熱情，樂於助人－強烈推薦！

酒店房間位置也還可以。但酒店的床是很軟的那種，不適合有腰痛的住。我們入住的當天，隔壁半夜開 party，10 個人左右大呼小叫的喝酒，真是很吵。我們和酒店都跟他們協商幾次才得到解決。導致沒有睡好覺。原本定的三天的入住，我們住了一天就協商退掉另外兩天。酒店衹同意了退一天，另一個不給退。酒店吵鬧導致沒有休息好不是我們的問題，酒店沒有補償就算了，還不給退，有些過分。

入住期間開始的糟糕體驗。我們預訂了2個成人和2個孩子,但酒店管理層告知預訂是2個成人和1個孩子,要求我們爲第二個孩子支付額外費用!!! 我們不得不付錢,否則他們本來可以取消預訂的。

Очень хорошие ребята на ресепшине. Местоположение отличное, пешком до центра минут за 20. Если любите гулять - - самое оно. Капсулы классные, комфортные, чистые. Но вот душ это нечто... Нужно срочно отмыть и сделать ремонт. Грязь и вода стоит. Не хватает крючков. На кухне раковину не мыли лет 100. И очень не хватает микроволновки. А в целом за свою цену хорошо. Мне все понравилось, не смотря на недочёты. Но душ это мучение)))

我在這家酒店住了兩晚。第一晚太棒了 - 特別是考慮到價格。房間很漂亮,明亮,乾淨,佈置得很好,溫馨,很舒服。浴室很漂亮,有暖氣,很乾淨。工作人員非常友好和友善。然而,我住的最後一晚,我的房間已經預訂了雙人房,所以我被要求搬到另一個房間。雖然這樣的事情當然會發生,但在我看來,我不是第一個體驗過這樣的事情的客人,因此這家酒店的預訂是不可靠的。 搬到的房間比較乾淨,但條件差差,天花板和牆壁有裂縫,牆紙脫落,包括廁所在內的浴室設施急需翻新。門和牆之間有間隙(外面),所以房間非常非常冷。爲了使房間保持可承受的溫度,我不得不讓空調機組調高到最大(31攝氏度)和全速渦輪設置。這很吵,甚至如此,房間還是冷的。這個房間也沒有WiFi - 作爲外國人非常不方便。最糟糕的是,這第二個房間沒有熱水,所以離開之前無法淋浴。在宜必思經濟型酒店只多花幾美元/歐元的夜晚將是無與倫比的更好的體驗。換句話說,這將是一次不錯的體驗。這當然不是。 因此,這家旅舍的體驗在很大程度上取決於您提供的房間。如果我在入住的第一晚被提供第二間房間,我就會立即退房。非常非常冷,設施不好,非常不舒服。如果我沒有a)由於超額預訂而從房間搬到房間b)被搬到這個特定的第二個房間,整體體驗本來是10/10。

Positive aspects: The hotel is newly opened, and the room itself is clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping is flawless – towels are changed daily, they are clean and in good condition. The bed is comfortable, Wi-Fi works reliably, and the climate control is adequate (neither stuffy nor too warm). The room is equipped with a TV, though the channel selection is limited (no movie channels such as TV1000). Standard amenities are provided: bottled water, slippers, and bathroom toiletries (mini-soap, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel), although body lotion, toothbrush, and toothpaste were not available. Breakfast is quite basic, but all items are fresh. I would also like to acknowledge the staff member who quickly resolved an issue with a steamer – she was smiling, friendly, and efficient. 1. Check-in experience and guest information: Upon arrival, there was no warm welcome, no escort to the room, and no luggage assistance. No in-room information was provided regarding Wi-Fi access, hotel services, bar prices, or the schedule of the conference (timing and location). All of this had to be inquired about separately after check-in. Additionally, the front desk had difficulty locating my reservation, which caused unnecessary delay. I stayed at this hotel to attend a conference that lasted from early morning until late evening. Unfortunately, instead of a good rest, I had a terrible experience that completely ruined my stay. 2/ Security issue (a nightmare at night): At around 3 a.m., while I was fast asleep before an important day, strangers walked into my room without any prior notice – they opened the door with their own key card. They were just as shocked to see me as I was to see them. Imagine waking up to find unknown people in your private space. Not only is this a serious breach of security and privacy, but a little while later I was woken up again – this time by a receptionist who came to personally apologize for the earlier intrusion. Instead of handling this in the morning or at least calling first, they woke me up a second time. I couldn't fall back asleep afterwards, and I had to get up very early. 3/ Staff response (dismissive and unhelpful): In the morning, I went to the front desk to ask how this could have happened and what the hotel was willing to offer as compensation for my ruined sleep and emotional distress. The female receptionist gave me a cold, cynical reply: ”We already apologized to you – what more do you want?” and ”You didn't sleep? That's your problem. We said sorry.” This attitude is completely unacceptable in the hospitality industry. She made no effort to understand the situation, offered no solution (be it a discount, a complimentary service, or even basic human empathy). For them, a formal ”sorry” seems to be a free pass for any mistake. Conclusion: This hotel cannot guarantee the most basic things – your safety and a good night's sleep. And the staff clearly don't know how to handle guest complaints except with arrogance and indifference. You cannot get back the sleep you lost at 3 a.m., and the feeling of insecurity stayed with me for the rest of my stay. I cannot recommend this hotel to business travelers or tourists alike. If you value your peace of mind, decent service, and actual safety – look elsewhere. Apologies don't replace quality rest, and the staff attitude here is truly disappointing.
