It was a pleasant stay, all things considered. The lack of room service was a bit of a downer to begin with. The room itself was good and comfortable, and above all, clean. The bed was a little on the hard side, but it suited us well. Ac was good and cooled the room quickly on the hot summer days we were there. They have ample parking for about 15-20 cars and a bar as well. The starters in the restaurant were very nice and the prawn dry fry deserves a special mention, also the beef dry fry was good too. Aubin, the assistant manager of the restaurant took care of all our requirements and ensured we had all the food we needed at all times.
訪訪客The hotel is ideally situated next to the airport. The staff were friendly and professional. The swimming pool was good but the area surrounding it is being repaired. Unfortunately from the back of the pool the rubbish heap is visible. Noisy guests going back and forth kept me awake.
訪訪客Everything was excellent except the activity room. Nothing is in good condition. Would be good if they can maintain it since it would be very helpful when coming with kids. It's been 3 consecutive years i am coming here. The activity room needs to be improved.
訪訪客The hotel is located near Kochi Airport, about a 5-10 minute walk from the airport.
The hotel has 24-hour security and staff. From the entrance to the restaurant, the service staff were all very friendly and welcoming! The hotel signage is clearly marked, parking is very convenient, there's a pharmacy next door, and shops are about a 10-minute walk away. The surrounding environment is relatively quiet.
The room was generally clean and spacious, but there was no hairdryer, and the shower gel and shampoo looked used and a bit dirty, making us hesitant to use them.
Furthermore, the hotel included airport transfer in the booking, but we received no response despite repeated inquiries on the day of check-in. So, although we filled out the form, this service was not offered. On the day of arrival at the airport, we used Uber to get to the hotel. If the hotel does not offer this service, please do not make the form available; it will cause inconvenience!
DDR JANIRA KUMARIThey couldn’t find my booking, so i was stranded at the hotel lobby for few hours before i offered to pay again for my room only then they provided me with a room .. that too downgraded ..
even though i showed my confirmation email and with a corresponding email to confirm my room yet to the property, neither the hotel or the helpline from trip after that could detect my booking - after checking in - i spent another few hours with trip helpline to get the room i deserve - but trip reasoning was the booking was done through a chinese agent and they couldn’t get through .. so i wasted another few hours .. still i did not get my deserved room ..
i was thrown into a deep end corner room
with a terrible sound pollution.. i was here with an elderly who was terminal .. so it was a total nightmare .. nor the hotel staff or trip were helpful ..
