服務熱情，進門幫忙拿行李開門，各種問候。早餐質量高，可以單點🥚雞蛋，雞蛋卷，Dosa煎餅，咖啡☕️和紅茶☕️等。服務一流，比國內的酒店服務意識強。酒店環境優美，有户外游泳池，還有健身房和SPA。置身酒店花園有在東南亞度假的感覺。房間裏拖鞋、洗漱用品、瓶裝水、熱水壺、吹風機，能想到的東西都有，另外還有中國電源插頭，很方便。 酒店距離Chennai機場很近，但房間聽不見飛機噪音，可預訂接送機服務。

Stayed here with my family for two nights. The service and the staff here are amazing and always willing to help. The only downside is the breakfast variety, thought it would have been better if they had more choices. Otherwise, we had a good time at Hyatt, Chennai.

Hotel used to be good back then. But recently it has become rundown. Many broken items in room especially the toilet looks old. There was no minibar. Service can be improved. Since the price was high, expecting a much better experience. Hope a renovation would be done in order to maintain its brand.

預訂並不愉快,因爲我們提到我們希望有無煙客房,但在辦理入住時,我們被告知分配了吸菸室。 然而holiday-inn團隊很棒,即使酒店預訂100%,他們也能解決問題,並提供無煙房。 通過Trip.com預訂不是我們想要的房間100%的保證,因此每次預訂時請與酒店覈實,因爲Trip.com沒有確保任何事情,因爲他們提到這種要求,我們需要直接與酒店交談,因爲Trip.com沒有可以和酒店交談。

Staff at the reception are nice and friendly, crews and bellboys helps with your stuff. However, got harassed by one staff at the bar. We were being forced to leave where we are seated to a sofa near the bar and embarrassed my friends while we are waiting for the coffee we ordered at the bar. Tirelessly, even to the point of heated argument he never stopped until I made myself clear that I am going to report him. I had been a guest for this hotel since 2019 and unfortunately treated like this. This staff must be removed for inappropriate action.

Location, good, amenities, average, rooms, cleanliness, bath etc, good, coffee shop only for breakfast, average, the quality, spread, and taste need improvement, no lunch or dinner possible or available. However for the price you get value.

Rooms are maintained well and it is located in the heart of the city
