It's a decent facility in this part of pune, but we faced issues with the bugs. We had to change our rooms, but still the issue persisted with other rooms as well. Having said that, this is slightly better compared to other hotels in this area of pune

Location is good ,Food is good as they have Vegetarian restaurant with good ambience. But rooms design are not good,. windows were not provided in the room so natural light was not coming in the room. Fan was not provided in the room so AC has to used for ventilation ,which was also making very much noise.

A Truly Wonderful Stay at Centro Hotel, Pune
I had an amazing experience during my stay at Centro Hotel, Pune. From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless—check-in was quick and hassle-free, setting the tone for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
The rooms were beautifully maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. It was clear that attention to detail was a priority, making the stay feel both luxurious and homely.
One of the highlights of my stay was the in-house restaurant, Chirp. The food was absolutely delicious, offering a variety of flavors that left me wanting more after every meal. Whether it was breakfast, lunch, or dinner, the quality and taste were consistently impressive.
What truly stood out, though, was the staff. Every member of the team was warm, welcoming, and incredibly accommodating. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed and made me feel genuinely valued as a guest.
I would highly recommend Centro Hotel to anyone visiting Pune. It’s a perfect blend of comfort, great service, and delightful food. Looking forward to coming back again soon

訪訪客I reached hotel very late in the night. Still the reception i received was very warming. My room was ready and i didn’t have to wait to finish my check-in. I had called the reception help desk en route and told them to prepare some dinner for me. When i reached my room, it was served hot and appeared to be freshly prepared. The hospitality was top class. Full marks for cleanliness and refreshing atmosphere.

SSS05Fariyas Resort in Lonavala is a gem of a getaway, combining scenic beauty, excellent amenities, and warm hospitality to create a memorable experience. Nestled in the picturesque hills of Lonavala, the resort's location is one of its standout features. Surrounded by lush greenery and serene views, Fariyas offers a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Its proximity to key attractions like Tiger’s Leap and Bushi Dam makes it an excellent base for exploring Lonavala.
The resort is well-known for its impressive range of amenities, and they certainly lived up to the expectations. The highlight for us was the pool and water park area, which is perfect for families and solo travelers alike. The pool was clean and well-maintained, providing a refreshing dip amidst the scenic surroundings. The water park, complete with slides and splash zones, added an element of fun and adventure to our stay. It was wonderful to see both kids and adults enjoying themselves in this thoughtfully designed space.
Dining at Fariyas is another aspect worth praising. The buffet spread for both lunch and breakfast was extensive and delicious, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Breakfast featured a mix of continental and Indian dishes, with highlights like fresh pastries, dosas, and flavorful coffee. Lunch offered a more elaborate spread with live counters and delectable desserts, ensuring that every meal was a feast. The attentive staff at the restaurant further enhanced the dining experience with their courteous service.
The bar at the resort is a cozy and inviting space, perfect for relaxing with a drink after a day of exploring. The well-curated menu of beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, ensured there was something for everyone. The bartender’s recommendations were spot-on, and the ambiance added to the charm of the evening.
A special mention must be made of the resort's Christmas décor, which was absolutely delightful. From twinkling lights to thoughtfully arranged festive displays, the entire property exuded holiday cheer. The Christmas tree in the lobby was a particular highlight, and the effort to create a warm, festive atmosphere did not go unnoticed. It truly added a magical touch to our stay, making it all the more memorable.
Overall, Fariyas Resort seamlessly blends luxury and comfort with its stunning location, exceptional amenities, and attentive service. Whether you’re looking for a family vacation, a romantic retreat, or a solo getaway, this resort has something for everyone. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Lonavala, especially during the festive season when the resort is at its vibrant best.

ZZahra J KWe lived at Meritas Adore Resort in Lonavala for 3 nights and I would like to take a moment to really appreciate the entire the staff. They were all extremely respectful, humble, and responsive.
Mr Shivam during check-in was welcoming and very accommodating.
Baba rao in the restaurant was always on his feet during breakfast hours and whenevr we saw him throughout the day.
Rahul and Sritham were very hospitable and kind and always served us with utmost warmth.
The housekeeping girls always had a smile on their face and were available promptly.
The property is small (which honestly we loved) and super squeaky clean and well maintained.
Given the current situation in our country, the biggest thing i saw in the staff was how they gave equal treatment and respect to every guest despite their culture, language or dress. I am super happy we chose this place to spend a few days. I am surely going back again, if they maintain these good standards.
