Room is good , staff also good but some issues are there, like in bathroom ceiling paint need to repair and tv channels not subscribe, Reception phone lines not working. If you need room service then you want to go reception. I am giving 2.5 rating of this hotel thank you.🙏

Hotel room needs a lot of upgradation, found a lot of cockroaches all over the room and bathroom and also in the breakfast table. Pls look into this issue.

Hotel is located in a prime area surrounded by many business establishments and eat outs. Rooms are maintained very well and staff are polite and friendly. Minerva coffee shop is known for its quality food. We had a very comfortable stay
Reception people are nice. Room service not good; requests needed reminders to be done. Buffet breakfast is not good as items are not filled up & there not enough cups & glasses around. Front transport service depends on cash payments with no receipt or cash available to pay balance. Eftpos machines at reception did not work forcing me to pay cash.
訪訪客FEEDBACK FOR BOTH HOTEL AND TRIP.COM. Overall hotel stay was very good. However, hotel employee during checkout was inexperienced and was not trained by hotel. Also trip.com has NOT did NOT educate and communicate to the hotel that Trip.com is a legitimate online company, and when trip.com sends a prepaid reservation, customer HAS FULLY PAID FOR STAY. This lack of communication by trip.com and incomplete training by hotel management, left a BIG GAP in employee delaying checkout. Hotel employee never heard of Trip.com and was in a dilemma whether to charge me again in spite of stay being paid in full. This caused me excessive delay, and spoiled the entire stay experience. Hotel in all other aspects was excellent and world class.
