全方位舒適 不論大堂 房間 走廊 庭院 公共區域 都很很很很很很乾凈 是以前東南亞可以赤腳走的那種 在基建如此限制的情況下 酒店的裝修和改善已經做到了能做的最好 好多好多小細節 令人心動也感動 liam/leon 非常nice並適當剋制的幽默和搞笑lol 工作人員都恰到好處 不諂媚 也不冷漠 真心好！ 衹是老撾基礎建設有限 廁所水渠會反味

酒店設施還是舊了點，廁所的設計要命，沒有淋浴房而且淋浴衹能坐在很小的浴缸裏嗎，廁所的門開着會撞到在上廁所的，酒店維持的屬於乾淨，但是設施老舊不像2024年裝修，春節價格也很貴，水槽也很小的 床還是挺大 ，根本沒有園景，早餐品種很少的，床角的木頭很鋭利 女兒還被撞到了很疼 和酒店提了也沒用

這Pullman 應該是我們住過的同系中最需要進行維護的.以過千元房價應該要提供更佳品質. 酒店有其優點但也有不少要改進的地方 首先是其優點: 前台,concierge和整理房間的員工,服務和態度都很友善和樂於協助. 酒店基本概念是好的,平房環繞稻田和泳池,的確是很渡假感覺. 接著是要改進的地方： 房間是有點老舊了,設備亦老舊,冰箱沒法運作,積存臭味,房房給換了另一個冰箱,也是沒法運作 電視質素有待改善.. 床品和毛巾都老舊洗至發黃了,尤其床品有洗不掉色的污漬.告訴housekeeping姐換一下,她帶來幾套讓我們揀,真的各有污漬,只能從中揀一件較完好的. 早餐也是Pullman系中較弱,食物品種已不算豐富,員工們也不夠主動觀察食品,導致食物盆只餘極小量食物,很不舒暢. 突發事故： 因應汽油緊張情況,酒店接駁車也縮減班次,日間最後一班是1600,再下班是晚上2000,要預計行程安排. 亮點: 酒店中有小動物,見到小白兔,大牛牛,最可愛的是2只小黑貓. 2小貓較瘦小但精靈,如酒店多加照顧,養得肥壯壯,可以成為酒店的招牌店長貓.

We stayed here for a total of four weeks altogether - one week about one and a half months ago and another three weeks more recently - and overall we were very satisfied with our stay. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and whenever we had any questions or requests, they responded quickly and did their best to help us. The breakfast is also very good and, in our opinion, even better than in some considerably more expensive accommodations, which definitely deserves some extra credit. The location is convenient as well. The large D&T supermarket is only about a 10-minute walk away or just 2-3 minutes by electric scooter and offers pretty much everything you might need during your stay. For smaller purchases, there is a small shop directly in front of the hotel as well as two more shops in the alley selling water, snacks, beer, toiletries and other essentials. One thing we particularly appreciated, and which many accommodations neglect even in higher price categories, is that the air conditioning units are cleaned professionally on a regular basis. They do not smell musty and cool the room down very quickly and efficiently. Free drinking water is provided, and complimentary coffee and tea are available throughout the day as well. One thing that may be important for guests who are sensitive to noise: There were two construction sites directly outside the property during our stay. Work often started quite early, around 7:00-7:30 am, with hammering and metal cutting noises. On the one hand, it was certainly a very reliable alarm clock; on the other hand, it was not always the most pleasant way to wake up after a while. One of the construction projects now appears to be finished, but work on the neighboring building is still ongoing and will likely continue for some time. For us it was manageable, but guests who are particularly sensitive to noise may appreciate knowing this in advance. For pet owners, we would also like to mention that we travel with our cat and this accommodation had absolutely no issues with that. Good quality pet food can be difficult to find in Luang Prabang, but we found the brand ”Pramy” at the A&B Market south of the accommodation, about a 12-minute walk away. Cat litter was available at Signature Market. This information may be useful for other travelers visiting with pets. Overall, we can fully recommend staying here.

We initially booked one week but decided to extend our stay for another week, which already says a lot about our overall experience. While there are certainly some areas that could be improved, we felt comfortable enough to stay longer and would consider returning in the future. The room was generally clean and offered good value for the price. We especially enjoyed having a terrace and a bathtub, which made our stay more relaxing (also for our cat). However, some attention to detail in housekeeping and maintenance would make a noticeable difference. For example, spider webs, dust around ventilation areas, and air-conditioning units should be cleaned more regularly. In our room (#13), the air-conditioner was heavily clogged with dust when we arrived, to the point where the cooling performance was noticeably reduced. We politely mentioned this to the staff, and to their credit, the issue was addressed immediately. We were very grateful for their quick response. Since then, the unit has worked much better. There is still a slight musty smell, so a professional deep cleaning of the air-conditioning systems once or twice a year would likely improve both air quality and guest comfort. One thing we appreciated throughout our stay was the willingness of the staff to help whenever a problem was brought to their attention. Requests were handled quickly and professionally, which is one of the reasons we decided to extend our booking. As digital nomads, reliable internet and a functional workspace are very important to us. The internet connection was stable and fast enough for our daily work, often reaching download speeds of around 8–12 MB/s. We also received a chair and an extension cable upon request, allowing us to comfortably use the large dresser as a workspace for our laptops. This was greatly appreciated! The location is another strong point. Two large supermarkets are within a short walking distance, making it easy to buy groceries and daily necessities. The Night Market is also easily reachable on foot, and the main road is just around the corner, where electric scooters can usually be found for exploring Luang Prabang. If we could suggest one improvement, it would simply be a warmer atmosphere from some members of the staff. A smile is never mandatory, of course, but it often makes guests feel more welcome. We would like to give special recognition to the evening receptionist, who consistently greeted us with a friendly smile and positive attitude. Her kindness always stood out and left a very positive impression. Overall, we believe this hotel offers fair value for money, a convenient location, reliable internet, and a team that genuinely tries to help when issues arise. For those reasons, we chose to extend our stay and would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable base in Luang Prabang.

酒店外觀很有當地特色，隨便一拍都很漂亮。前台有會中文的服務人員，態度也都很友善。房間內部陳設雖有些年頭，但衞生狀況都還不錯。由於酒店有些房間在改造，白天會施工，有些灰塵但也不影響入住。 唯一覺得不太好的是給我們的房間在二樓靠着街邊，晚上有摩託經過噪音還是挺大的，有點影響睡眠，介意的慎選

We enjoyed our stay at the 3 star Mekong Charm Hotel, so we decided to stay two night longer than planned. The location is wonderful. The breakfast Terrace is directly above the Mekong river. The hotel manager lives for her work and is very helpful and friendly. We had nothing to care for. She organized a motorcycle and our train trip to Vientiane. If we come back to Luang Prabang this hotel will be our first choice.

這次入住體驗很不錯，隔音需要提升，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，床品舒適，休息得很好。前台有中文服務，辦理入住和退房都很快捷。酒店位置便利，出行方便，整體性價比很高，下次到琅勃拉邦有機會還會選擇入住。

新開的酒店，離城區不遠，在很安靜的地方。 訂了帶泳池的別墅房，特地問了客服私人泳池的水是不是乾淨，客服説是入住當天剛換的，看着是還行，但確實有點小，還是去了酒店的露天大泳池。大泳池分深水淺水，還有小童戲水池，也比較乾淨，能遊能玩。 對別墅房最滿意的是空調+吊扇，製冷效果好且噪音幾乎沒有。衞生間比較簡陋，牆面沒有瓷磚，地面沒有地磚，但不影響使用。淋浴間的地面是鵝*石鋪的，赤腳踩上去按摩腳底，淋浴水花挺大。總之房間裝修和設施不奢華，但也不影響入住。 衹是遇到半夜打雷，住在別墅房裡實在有被嚇到！不知道是不是因為別墅房的結構比較單薄，那驚雷劈下來簡直是五雷轟頂，床都在震。更誇張的是關掉的電視機在半夜被雷劈得自動打開了，噠噠噠噠一直響，直到我起身把它關掉……真是一種非常特別的氣象體驗了。好在睡前把木門關嚴實了，雨沒打進來。 早餐種類不算多，麪檔那裡主要是粉和煎蛋，然後自己加調料。水果每天固定三種：紅心火龍果、小香蕉和西瓜，火龍果非常好吃！ 酒店服務還是很不錯的，微信提供中文管家服務，有問題隨時問。瓶裝水管夠。Wi-Fi也還不錯。衹是房間沒有一次性拖鞋，衹有塑料黑拖鞋。 總之，這個酒店還是不錯的，有度假的氛圍，周到的服務，性價比很不錯。 衹是雨季別選別墅房了，除非想體驗雷劈。

住的第二晚，實在太棒了，還幫我們預約去火車站的滴滴。
