在網站訂了兩個訂單，對酒店的評價前一個訂單已經寫了，這裏想誇一下trip。酒店是三餐全包，入住的時候多收了一個9歲小童的費用，當天和trip説了，經過三天不懈努力，trip和供應商以及酒店多次溝通，最後確認了這個事情，trip做了退款，整個服務過程非常棒，結果也是很理想，值得信賴。在這裏提醒大家，摩洛哥整體來説感覺比塞爾維亞好，尤其是服務行業，以及老百姓對中國人的態度，但是摩洛哥人還是會耍賴，會裝傻充愣，這一點要小心。

The hotel is great value for money. The food on offer is varied and delicious, however you should attend the buffets as soon as they open. The location near the beach is like a dream, I highly recommend a sea view so you can hear the waves. The refurbished rooms are very modern. The service from the animation team is good. The rest of the staff are very unhappy and unfriendly, especially reception and the bar tenders as they are understaffed by the management.

入住的時候我們住的房間是老式電視，房間看起來不太好，後來我們又住進了另一個帶智能電視的房間，稍微好一點，但是我們無法看電視，因為線壞了，技術服務人員無法修復，幸好我有自己的帶遙控器的IPTV，自己解決了，工作人員很友好，今天吃的早餐很好。 已經預訂了兩天，第一次預訂時我預訂了包含早餐的，但出了問題，所以我不得不在外面找個地方吃早餐，今天我確實吃了早餐，也付了雙倍的錢，希望能拿回多付的金額。 這是一個適合成人和兒童的漂亮游泳池，你必須提早到游泳池，否則你將沒有日光浴床，因為床都被佔了。 我認為住宿還不錯。

The staff are all amazing really friendly. Hotel location is great close by to everything probably a 10 - 15 min walk to the beach. Place was clean but only issue I faced if I’m honest is the room I was given the lock chain was broken and door lock was broken I have provided pictures below. Was a bit scary knowing I couldn’t lock my door and did ask them to fix it but they didn’t. Other issue is this hotel is listed as a 5 star hotel but did not feel like it, other then having a fridge in the room there was no basic amenities like a kettle to have teas or coffees and no iron or ironing board. I would expect those at least for the price paid for the hotel. The breakfast was quite poor also very limited options. The reason why I’ve ranked this hotel high is the cleanliness and staff service but if they modernised and added more amenities this place would be amazing
