地理位置優越，鄰近機場，附近都有餐廳方便

機場接駁車有附，到機場之後就往機場接駁車的招牌走，各式旅館的接駁車會隨處出現！（超隨性）很不習慣但是你看到自己的酒店車出現時，要趕快招手，他們很像巡迴車的感覺，眼睛要放亮一點，到飯店之後，前台人員親切，房間基本的乾淨整潔，沒有租車的話，也能步行到附近的漢堡店或咖啡店用餐，還有旁邊加油站有便利商店，當然在大馬路旁邊的夜晚會比較黑要注意安全，但整體還是能夠走一走的。很推薦在機場附近入住這家旅館！讚！

地理位置很方便，行30秒就能夠搭metro。而且酒店員工態度和服務也很好，問什麼也很樂意回答。有下次的話也會選擇揀這間入住！

My wife and I visited Catalina Island for our 28th anniversary — our first time back since before we were married in 1997. We chose the Catalina Canyon Inn specifically for the pool, jacuzzi, on-site restaurant, and shuttle service. Their website is very nice and seemed like a perfect match for the occasion. Unfortunately, very little matched what was advertised. Shuttle: The shuttle was not waiting at the Catalina Express port when we arrived on the last ferry Saturday evening which was unexpected. Four of us were left waiting in the dark for about 20 minutes until the other couple called the hotel. The driver was friendly and apologized, but this set the tone for the weekend. The shuttle was consistently unreliable throughout our stay. They tell you to call the driver directly, but he often didn't answer. You'd end up having to call the hotel instead, and the shuttle only seemed to come after someone went inside and told the front desk in person. At one point we waited 45 minutes. Some guests got frustrated and just decided to walk, but the hotel sits at the top of a steep hill — not a realistic option, especially for older guests like us. Their website suggests the shuttle runs regularly, but that was far from our experience. Restaurant: We arrived at the restaurant at 7:30 PM Saturday and were turned away, even though their website says they're open until 8:00 PM. We had to rush down the hill to find dinner to-go in town before the shuttle stopped running at 8:45. It was a shame we didn't even have time to stay and eat on our anniversary or face having to trek up that hill. The next morning I mentioned this to the restaurant owner, who insisted they closed at 8:00 and that she was there. She then told us the restaurant closes at 2:00 PM on Sundays — so dinner there that night wasn't an option either. She was very friendly though I must say. On Monday we finally had breakfast before checkout. The food was mediocre and didn't match the glowing reviews at all. The prices were also odd — $12 for mozzarella sticks, $20 for nachos, but only $11 for pulled pork sliders, which you'd expect to be the pricier item. The pricing just didn't add up. While we were there, another couple was turned away at 1:30 PM because the restaurant closes from 2–4 on Mondays. We could feel their frustration. Jacuzzi: The jacuzzi we were looking forward to was covered up and converted into a gazebo with chairs. At first we couldn't find it but yea. No mention of this on the website. Room issues: The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The front desk told us we can mention it to housekeeping, who didn't come until after 5:00 PM. We got the soap and a couple fresh towels. The towels themselves were thin and didn't dry well overnight so fresh ones were sorely needed to get at least one shower in with soap before we had to leave the next day. The TV didn't work at all, and the microwave was unplugged — though I was able to fix that myself. The hotel also doesn't offer complimentary coffee, which is standard at most hotels we've stayed at for half the price. The good: The staff was friendly, the bed was comfortable, the A/C worked well, and the balcony was a nice touch. The room was quiet. Bottom line: The website gives a very different impression than what you actually get. Between the unreliable shuttle, limited and unpredictable restaurant hours, missing amenities, thin towels, and no coffee, this was not the anniversary experience we hoped for. I'd recommend staying somewhere closer to downtown so you're not dependent on a shuttle and stuck with limited options. I think we need to redo our anniversary. It was a miss for sure.

很棒的住宿體驗！第一次去L A，沒有去過美國的經驗，心裡有點不安，先在晚上看了一下當地酒店的評論，找到這一間對華人友善的酒店，心裡安心不少，就訂了這間。果然服務很好，大堂經理可以提供中文服務，房間寬敞，附近也有餐廳及商場，旁邊就是高速公路，去機場很方便也很快速。

1. 地理位置極為便利 酒店離 Los Angeles International Airport（LAX）十分接近，對於飛行前後或有早晨／深夜航班的旅客來說非常合適。部分住客在評論中也特別提到其機場接駁服務十分便利。  2. 房間品質與床鋪舒適 房間普遍被評論為「乾淨、整潔、布置良好」。床鋪特別被稱讚，讓人感覺住得舒服。  3. 服務人員友善、酒店設施完善 前台、行李服務、清潔人員的評價多為正面。設施也包括餐廳、健身房、商務便利性等，使得入住體驗更加完整。 

整體房間乾淨、大、接駁車司機nice 沒有評論寫的那麼可怕，離麥當勞也很近很方便 幾點補充分享： ｜接駁車 · 有停靠三個航廈，可撥打客服電話瞭解（有語音說明停靠位置） · 要留意不要上成Express（綠色車體是Express不同間飯店，上車前確認一下） ｜飯店 房間是乾淨及舒適的，前台check in以及退房都很友善熱情，相當好的體驗，謝謝🙏 ｜周圍環境 僅去麥當勞外帶，不清楚外圍狀況，不過可以使用手機預點直接取餐很方便

位置很不錯D線直達，ktown裏也很多好吃好逛，獨棟改造，前院佈置得很漂亮，內部很多復古裝飾感覺像是曾經用作辦公的事務所還有一架鋼琴。衝著跳高老虎窗選的房間但結果並沒有，不過整體設施乾淨，床位插座光源也很人性化，前台很熱情。

位置不錯，到星光大道只要幾分鐘的路程，周圍很多商家取的食玩很方便，唯一比較不方便的是飯店沒提供吹風機，不過聽說可以在櫃台去借，但我的語言不通所以沒去租借，
