我在APEC曼陀羅酒店度過了一段美好的時光。飯店設施一流，房間精美，方方面面都超出了我的預期。然而，真正讓我難忘的是我的管家楊先生。 我抵達飯店時身體非常不適，從辦理入住的那一刻起，楊先生就竭盡全力確保我感到舒適。他甚至在我開口之前就能預判我的需求，並且真心實意地關心我的感受。他的友善、熱情和細緻周到，是我在其他酒店從未體驗過的。 他不僅非常專業，而且非常友善風趣。我們一路歡聲笑語，即使我獨自來到一個語言不通的國家，他也讓我感到無比自在。他從未讓我感到孤單，反而讓我感覺像家人一樣被照顧。 當我需要提款時，楊先生親自帶我去ATM。後來，當我意識到我需要的錢比最初準備的要多時，他毫不猶豫地陪我回來了。這只是一個簡單的舉動，卻完美地體現了他樂於助人的精神。 真正展現他卓越特質的時刻是，他傳訊息問我是否需要什麼。當時我已經睡著了，沒有回覆。他並沒有想當然地認為一切都好，而是親自到我的房間查看我的情況，因為他真心擔心我的健康。這種程度的關懷非常難得，對我來說意義非凡，尤其是在我身體不適的時候。 Dương 不僅提供了優質的服務，更展現了真誠的同情心。他的善良、耐心和慷慨，讓原本可能充滿挑戰的旅程變成了一段我永遠銘記於心的美好回憶。他是 APEC Mandala 酒店的驕傲，我衷心希望酒店管理層能夠意識到他們擁有這樣一位傑出的員工。 Dương，謝謝你對我的悉心照顧。你不僅讓我的住宿體驗更好了， 你還讓它變得難以忘懷。

這是我在越南最喜歡的度假村，行李不用自己拿有小車會把你們一起載到住的房間，飯店漂亮到無話可說！人沒有很多不會很擁擠，泳池的水也很乾淨，尤其是餐廳非常好吃，很推薦炸春捲跟Mojito，我們的冷氣不會涼，可能是渡假村有一定的年紀了，但跟客服反應之後馬上幫我們送來大電扇效率很高，床也很舒服。

這裡是個絕佳的下榻之處，適合家庭、朋友團體或獨自旅行者，尤其適合不介意美奈市中心喧鬧擁擠氛圍的人。飯店距離市區約30分鐘車程。海灘就在飯店對面，您可以在海灘邊的餐廳享用海鮮。此外，部分建築底層也設有餐廳，提供其他餐飲選擇。附近還有便利商店，方便您購買零食和基本盥洗用品。如果您是外國人，請務必攜帶足夠的現金，因為當地大多數商家只接受二維碼付款或現金。最近的ATM機位於路邊，距離約15分鐘車程。 如果您開車前往，可能會有些不便，因為由於飯店位置偏僻，透過Grab或SM app叫車可能需要一些時間。不過，如果您只是想在這裡放鬆幾天，其實完全沒必要離開飯店。 雖然是當天臨時預訂的，但Huy在我訂完房間後不久就聯繫了我，指導我預訂哪家巴士公司可以直接送我到酒店，並簡要介紹了入住流程。非常感謝他的幫助和支持。 我預訂的是雙人床房，但入住時卻被安排了一張單人床。由於交通擁堵，我到達時已經很晚了（晚上11點）。 Huy非常熱心地幫我解決了這個問題，安排我住到了另一棟大樓的另一個房間。房間門鎖也有點問題，他也立刻派人來修理。無論何時我需要協助，Huy總是能迅速回應。

不是自行開車前往 可以租摩托車（但不推薦）景點太遠，早上8點後陽光很大曬到皮膚會痛。如果只想體驗飯店設施需另外購買，飯店前面有沙灘可以自由前往 會客廳到門口可以等接駁車或是搭手扶梯上去 需要等待一點時間

這次入住藩切的 Movenpick 渡假村整體感受相當不錯，環境乾淨整潔，園區維護良好，綠意盎然非常適合放鬆度假。房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，床鋪也很好睡。早餐選擇多樣，口味中上。泳池景觀漂亮，海灘乾淨，帶小孩要注意安全。服務人員態度友善，但部分細節仍可再加強。整體來說是值得推薦的度假村，給四顆星的評價。

飯店星級很好，飯店工作人員態度親切，入住時已經超過時段，飯店服務人員耐心引導，泳池非常美麗，風景優美。

一個大型酒店綜合體,有游泳池、桑拿、哈姆姆和其基礎設施,以咖啡、商店和咖啡店的形式。非常方便。價格略高於內,但不關鍵。有自己的海灘有牀鋪。該設施位於高地,直至台,可以乘電梯或開電動車。有自己的海灘。到內中心大約20公里。沒有車子就不方便。我們住了5天,房間和綜合體自己很喜歡,每天打掃,參觀桑拿也包括價格和游泳池,景色很美,睡得很舒服,聽不見鄰居。休息得好!唯一的,預訂時,有小廚房,但實際上沒有工作。沒有做最小的早餐。但對我們來說,這不重要,我們沒有向工作人員提及。

Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them. The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had. CHECK-IN Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end. FOOD: The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally). AMENITIES: Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented. Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good. The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down. Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.) Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm! *Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing. KIDS ACTIVITIES: They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though! Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!) *Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it. CHECK-OUT: Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple. All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
