訪訪客我在APEC曼陀羅酒店度過了一段美好的時光。飯店設施一流，房間精美，方方面面都超出了我的預期。然而，真正讓我難忘的是我的管家楊先生。
我抵達飯店時身體非常不適，從辦理入住的那一刻起，楊先生就竭盡全力確保我感到舒適。他甚至在我開口之前就能預判我的需求，並且真心實意地關心我的感受。他的友善、熱情和細緻周到，是我在其他酒店從未體驗過的。
他不僅非常專業，而且非常友善風趣。我們一路歡聲笑語，即使我獨自來到一個語言不通的國家，他也讓我感到無比自在。他從未讓我感到孤單，反而讓我感覺像家人一樣被照顧。
當我需要提款時，楊先生親自帶我去ATM。後來，當我意識到我需要的錢比最初準備的要多時，他毫不猶豫地陪我回來了。這只是一個簡單的舉動，卻完美地體現了他樂於助人的精神。
真正展現他卓越特質的時刻是，他傳訊息問我是否需要什麼。當時我已經睡著了，沒有回覆。他並沒有想當然地認為一切都好，而是親自到我的房間查看我的情況，因為他真心擔心我的健康。這種程度的關懷非常難得，對我來說意義非凡，尤其是在我身體不適的時候。

GGuest User這是我在越南最喜歡的度假村，行李不用自己拿有小車會把你們一起載到住的房間，飯店漂亮到無話可說！人沒有很多不會很擁擠，泳池的水也很乾淨，尤其是餐廳非常好吃，很推薦炸春捲跟Mojito，我們的冷氣不會涼，可能是渡假村有一定的年紀了，但跟客服反應之後馬上幫我們送來大電扇效率很高，床也很舒服。

GGuest User不是自行開車前往 可以租摩托車（但不推薦）景點太遠，早上8點後陽光很大曬到皮膚會痛。如果只想體驗飯店設施需另外購買，飯店前面有沙灘可以自由前往 會客廳到門口可以等接駁車或是搭手扶梯上去 需要等待一點時間

訪訪客房間不大但感覺不侷促。室外泳池很好，直接看海景，階梯早上退潮下去是海灘，下午漲潮直接就在海里了。早餐裏酸奶，果醬（有獼猴桃，菠蘿，草莓和巧克力4種），水果（百香果，火龍果，香蕉，芒果，西瓜）好吃。前台熱情，可以代訂長途汽車票。附近有餐廳和小超市，離公共沙灘也是步行距離。

黃黃金玄氵宗這次入住藩切的 Movenpick 渡假村整體感受相當不錯，環境乾淨整潔，園區維護良好，綠意盎然非常適合放鬆度假。房間寬敞舒適，設施齊全，床鋪也很好睡。早餐選擇多樣，口味中上。泳池景觀漂亮，海灘乾淨，帶小孩要注意安全。服務人員態度友善，但部分細節仍可再加強。整體來說是值得推薦的度假村，給四顆星的評價。

MM.Romanchik一個大型酒店綜合體,有游泳池、桑拿、哈姆姆和其基礎設施,以咖啡、商店和咖啡店的形式。非常方便。價格略高於內,但不關鍵。有自己的海灘有牀鋪。該設施位於高地,直至台,可以乘電梯或開電動車。有自己的海灘。到內中心大約20公里。沒有車子就不方便。我們住了5天,房間和綜合體自己很喜歡,每天打掃,參觀桑拿也包括價格和游泳池,景色很美,睡得很舒服,聽不見鄰居。休息得好!唯一的,預訂時,有小廚房,但實際上沒有工作。沒有做最小的早餐。但對我們來說,這不重要,我們沒有向工作人員提及。

訪訪客Before I start. Let’s be clear, Apec Mandala Mui Ne is the main one that owns the buildings. However a bunch of “Condotels” use the Mandala name so “Mandala Breeze” is one of them.
The communication is spot on before the trip. If you use Zalo they message you there and tell you the things you need to know. Also throughout the trip, extremely responsive to any questions I had.
CHECK-IN
Messaged when arrived and a girl came with the key cards (not the typical check-in style). She showed us to the room and took pictures of our passports. Also, they needed to keep one of the passports for some reason. But got it back at the end.
FOOD:
The Mandala Bay restaurant was for sure the main one for decent food! There are “lower level” kinds of restaurants around that offer very affordable and yummy food. (Bay Restaurant would be about 1-1.5M VND per meal on average for family of 3-4. Whereas the other more affordable places cost about 500k VND totally).
AMENITIES:
Swimming pools to the max. Very nicely kept pools and a nice kids playing mini water park was great. All pools have kids pools connected so it’s very family oriented.
Didn’t get to check the gym out but looks good.
The beach is easily accessible via exiting the hotel and asking the guard to send the golf cart to take you down.
Beach is standard and nothing very special. Quite a lot of rubbish around and many crabs (which of course don’t need to worry about as they go down into their holes with any kind of movement from us.)
Beach water is a little clear and at this time of the year (May) the water is warm!
*Notable* - people were getting stung by what possibly are jelly fish. So, you just get lucky with that kind of thing.
KIDS ACTIVITIES:
They have a great kids play club. It costs extra and isn’t included in the hotel cost but it’s worth it. Unfortunately quite hot in there though!
Kids also have the water park for themselves and the water slide (although the slide might rip your swimsuit a little!)
*Notable* - Swimming Pools. If you are staying via one of the condotels then make sure the if your room includes the swimming pools, take the main key card pocket as you won’t be able to get towels to use or even use the pool as that is the part of the actual date you will check-out. The cards themselves have old dates and the lifeguards get confused and say you can’t use the pools so make sure you take the one that has the actual check-out date on it.
CHECK-OUT:
Simply message 30 minutes before the time and it will be ok. Very simple.
All in all it was a great time. A couple of miscommunication issues but that’s to be expected. No real need to go out of the complex as they have everything there.
