舒適套房酒店 - 近 I-80 及 I-94(Comfort Suites Near I-80 and I-94)

Front desk clerk was trying to give me a hard time saying my card declined when I already had my room booked with them & had proof of booking. Never going to this hotel again.

Muy sucio desde la entrada y en la habitación la Alfombra y todos sus muebles pintados por la persona que les hizo el trabajó de pintura yo no lo contrataría por nada. Les echó a perder todos sus muebles y Alfombra

Limpio y personal atento y servicial.

Service was horrible, stayed two nights and no clean towels (even after we called the front desk) we didn’t get towels until right before check out on Sunday.

While I’m used to 2 and 3 star hotels (I love the value), this hotel was below 2 star. The room I was in needed major renovation. The bathtub knob was broken and hard to turn off water The shower rod had been moved up and old holes weren’t plastered over. The ceiling in bathroom has brown water stains. The furniture was worn with many dents and dings and scratches. Paint was need on walls with lot of wear.

We picked this one because of the pool but unfortunately the water was too cold to actually go in there. It was very clean n we loved the room.

Was the best hotel experience we have had in a long time. Staff was friendly and amazing. Loved the indoor pool and snack bar. We definitely will be doing this again

There was a bit of work going on but nothing that affected our stay. Breakfast was basic but nice. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Area was great - Walmart & Target close

The rooms were great. There was so much potential. Too bad the staff is NOT CLEAN. My daughter hit the floor for 2 minutes without socks and her feet were filthy. How did we figure it out??? See pic below. I asked for the floor to be mopped. Didn’t happen. Also woke up to a roach in the bathtub. I was not surprised because it was not clean. They just overlook filth. Will not stay again.
