綠洲 LIVVO 酒店式公寓(Apartamentos LIVVO Oasis)

El trato que tenemos por parte de todo el equipo es excepcional. Todo muy limpio, muy recomendable. Me reitero la clave esta en el gran equipo. Estan ubicados cerca de la zona de restauración y comercial . La calle donde estan los apartamentos es muy tranquila.

Los apartamentos están bien situados en la zona , a 5 min de la avenida de las playas, una piscina buena , pero los apartamentos estaban muy sucios, no tenían aire acondicionado y en el bar de Piscina cerraba súper pronto y no dejaban pagar con tarjeta sino con efectivo.

Simply just a lovely place to visit, and so relaxing, so are all the staff. Charlie at the pool side bar is a great bloke and helps make the holiday. Just 200 mtrs from the main *****, but so quiet at night. Am going again in December 2023 😎😁

Went to Livvo Oasis Apartments with my cousin. We normally do all inclusive but decided to give self catering a go. We arrived about 10pm on Thursday 4th April till Sunday 14th April. Apartment was basic but clean. Have to say we had a wonderful lady Rosa who cleaned our apartment she was so friendly and helped me with my Spanish. All the staff were lovely. Thank you for a lovely holiday

Myself and my husband have visited these apartments several times. Sadly I feel this may be our last When the pool is busy there can be a lack of sunbeds , not because there are not enough but because people put their towels on early in the day and go away shopping / the beach etc and never use them. I saw 2 tourists lie on the floor at the side of the pool on their towels. Totally unacceptable when the beds are unoccupied. The pool has a lifeguard he/ she should monitor the situation and if the beds are left empty for more than an hour the towels should be removed. Another problem we incurred was the British Chanel’s on the tv did not work, we were told it was a problem throughout the island, this was not true. I know that you don’t go on holiday to watch the tv but if it’s advertised it should be available. Unlike other reviews we had no issues with the staff. They were all friendly and professional Sadly I will need to think if we want to return

You get what you pay for with these apartments. The apartment itself was basic but very clean. Each apartment has a balcony/sitting area outside. The views are of a residential street. We were lucky that our neighbours were quiet as the balconies are very close. The pool has a shallow section for small children and a main section which was very deep and big enough to swim round. The pool area again has no views and was very basic but fine for sitting in the sun and a swim. There is a pool bar which closes late afternoon. I asked about hiring towels but was told at the pool bar that they didn’t hire out towels so definitely take your own. There were sun-loungers available each time we went to the pool which was a positive. The location of the apartments is on the other side of the town to the marina. A taxi there is just over €5. It’s a 5/10 minute walk to the ***** of busy restaurants, bars and shops. There is an amazing beach about 20/30 minute walk from the apartments. Sadly however a big negative for these apartments is that two of the staff were very unfriendly and unwelcoming which is a shame as the other two were very helpful and nice. I’m not sure if they realise how their manner comes across but I can see similar comments in other reviews written here. Perhaps some training for these two members of staff would be helpful. Because of this and the fact there is nothing pretty or attractive about the complex we wouldn’t return.

Very very basic,situated in a back street and it’s the wrong side of town,Sat night reception and bar closed,breakfast at 9 am no buffet just beans and tinned tomatoes thrown at you,rooms are Ok but not superior as described ,receptionist rude and has a love affair with the Police,couldn’t leave kwick enough

The third time we have stayed here and it was just the same brilliant, the staff are a asset to the hotel and are very pleasant and approachable,rooms are spotless with everything you could need,bathroom has a good size shower with good water pressure,toilet and sink, a very good hairdryer is also there, the pool area is great with plenty of sunbeds, the pool bar serves very good quality food and drinks. Nice clean apartments very close to amenities. price very reasonable , weve stayed before so we know the area and what to expect.Plenty of restaurants etc , Taxis if you prefer not walk are extremely reasonable.
