亞拉姆·巴格酒店(Aaram Baagh Resort & Spa Agra- by Pachar Group)

We had an awful experience for the first night of our stay on 23 to 25 Dec 2023 at Aaram bagh Agra. The rooms given on third floor (#307 & 308) were so bad and dingy with fused lights (3 out of 5 lights in room 308 were fused), seepage smell so strong that I had to keep window open in winters to get some relief, lizards in washroom, full of mosquitoes in the room with no pest control available, No Hot Water to take bath in the month of December and we had to take bath from Cold water as we had to go for seight seeing and staff kept saying we are sending someone to check but no one ever came, no tea coffee maker as we needed hot water to drink (Satpal from house keeping told they do not have tea coffee maker in any rooms to shrug off his responsibility), no heater, servers responding so late to food orders as there was no lift (there were just three servers and they had all rooms booked), I ordered four tea at 7 am on 24th morning which did not reach my room till 9.15 am when we went down for breakfast inspite of calling so many times, no response from anyone inpite of complaining so many times, no staff was in uniform and people were roaming in jeans jackets etc with least botheration about guest. It was just a horrible experience on our first day of stay. Second day after multiple complaints they changed our room to first floor which was better although it also had fused lights and some other issues. And not to mention the food is just below average. Better have meals outside in good restaurants like Pinch of Spice in city which was excellent. I had written multiple times to the management claiming first night refund because of the terrible experience and even the complaint has reached the hotel owners but all emails have been conveniently ignored and there has been no reply to it. No wonder if Pachar group has a degrading future because u can build property but its the level of service and staff that differentiates between good hotels and hotels like aaram bagh agra which is a disaster.

Recommend by Hari Mahal Palace Jaipur. We driver to Agra and stay at Aaram Baagh Agra by Pachar Group. We stayed in Shalimar Mahal - Suite with private plunch pool. Its on Mughal Theme. Recommended. Staff specially Kuldeep Singh very corporative staff.

Most online portals showed a very high rating for this property but our experience was just the opposite : 1. The rooms are big , no doubt, but in the cold winter of Agra outskirts , the absence of a heater or even a carpet in the room makes the stay unbearable . There is no alternate provision for heating . 2. There was a delay in supply of hot water in the taps and in one among the three rooms that I booked, there was no hot water available. This is not expected when I’m paying over ₹5000 per night per room. 3. The food quality is horrible including the tea available . The breakfast too is not worth paying for. All in all if you are willing to spend then equivalent cost hotels are available right within the city with better facilities

Except the morning breakfast part rest all was nice. The staff was very cooperative and specially Manager Mr Kuldeep was very cooperative and helpful. Overall our trip to Aaram baagh was very nice and we all enjoyed a lot. Thanks NPS Nagpal and Family from Chandigarh

The experience here was good, staff were polite and helpful too. Services were very quick and good. Parking area was very spacious, grounds were maintained properly and grasses were trimmed evenly well. Shahi Mahal had a large hall, that had its own beauty. Rooms in the Shahi Mahal were awesome, hygienic and properly ventilated. The food in Shalimar Mahal was very delicious. Overall, it was a nice decision to spend a day here.

We went to Aaram Bagh for our team event. We were around 45 of us. This place offers lot of open space for outdoor team activities…big halls for indoor activities and has decent food as well. The staff is very nice, accommodating and took care of all our needs… sometimes going out of the way as well! Overall very nice experience. Team enjoyed a lot! Yes, it is a bit far from Taj Mahal, but if you choose the right timing (we went early morning for sunrise view) you can avoid getting stuck in Agra traffic

Pathetic hotel no service at all. A big spider was crawling on my baby pillow no room service and dirty linens staff was unprofessional breakfast was pathetic and worst.. don't waste your money and time here.

Pathetic service, they keep dirty mugs n glasses, broken electric kettle, no hot water , n still the charge is too much . They dnt even deserve 3k but rates are more than that . Better to book some other hotel instead of this. People here are least bothered to give service to you . Food is also not good.. Terrible experience

I spent three days in Aaram Baagh with my family recently. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely recommend the place to anyone who is looking for a comfortable stay in and around Agra. It’s a quiet and peaceful refuge from the noise and hustle of Agra but still not far from any of the popular tourist spots including Taj, Agra Fort, and Fatehpur Sikri. The property is very well maintained – rooms, pool, and lawns – all are in top condition. The rooms are quite spacious and the bathrooms are quite big. The staff is great – very warm, humble, and attentive. Would look for more opportunities to stay there in the future.
