Clean spacious room. Desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good with a good choice of hot and cold items. Location is close to restaurants and stores.

Room was clean, jacuzzi spa was wonderful. Lobby was a nice place to unwind after a long long drive. Breakfast was good too. Cant complain for a small town stay.

There was residual trash under the chair. The chair was stuck to the floor because it hadnt been moved to clean in so long. There were DISGUSTING stains in the toilet. The staff was ver freindly at check in.

The room was very nice with good pillows, a very comfortable mattress, and nice large and thick bath towels.
The shampoo, lotion, etc were very good and having them in nice mounted containers was much better than tiny bottles. One of the very best things about the stay was the exceptionally friendly and helpful front desk clerk Lisa

The stay started off on a sour note. The two women at the front desk were unfriendly and cold. Not even a hello and welcome to our property. Thankfully, we were given a room at the end of the hallway away from all the noise of a college football game in town that brings in over 30 thousand fans to this small town. This property has an employee by the name of Joseph. I am not sure what his position is, but we ran into him 4 times, and each time he spoke to us like he knew us and took an interest in what we were doing in town. He is a gem and an employee that should be embraced and honored. He is the reason I will be back at this hotel the next time we are in Laramie.

We enjoyed our 4 night stay. Loved the refrigerator and microwave in the room. Also the sitting area was a nice addition. Staff were all very helpful and friendly!
