馬蒂爾德酒店(Hotel Matilde by Grupo Matilde)

Sehr schönes Stadthotel, mit hervorragender Lage. Zum Strand sind es ca. 10 Gehminuten und in die historische Altstadt ca. 10-15 Minuten mit dem Bus. Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr schön modern mit tollem Blick auf den Hafen. Nebenan ist ein kleiner Park, sodass man am Morgen sogar mit Vogelgezwitscher erwacht. Es gibt eine sehr schöne und moderne Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den Hafen. In der Nähe war gleich eine Bushaltestelle und Café und Supermarkt. Zum Frühstück gab es alles, Brötchen, Rühr-und Spiegeleier, Obst, und am Sonntag sogar eine Tortilla und Obstsalat. Kann das Hotel sehr gut Weiterempfehlen:) ich würde es wieder buchen:)

hotel accogliente, nuovo , molto pulito. Personale davvero gentile e professionale. Le camere non sono di grandi dimensioni ma giuste per una breve vacanza, noi eravamo in 3 e la camera famigliare era giusta. Bagno amplio. Ci siamo trovati bene.

Je suis allée à cet hôtel au mois d'avril avec ma fille et suis revenue seule en mai. Les chambres sont fonctionnelles et propres et le petit dejeuner bien que simple mais complet. La situation de l'hôtel est excellente car à 5mn de la côte et plage de Las Canterras et à 5 mètres d'une station de plusieurs bus. Le personnel y est top car sa gentillesse et sa serviabilité dépasse le simple travail. J'ai perdu ma valise à l'aéroport et leur aide a duré plusieurs jours. Un grand merci à Boubaker et au receptionniste de jour

Vraiment très bien ,bon accueil et chambre propre et bien agencée.hôtel très bien située dans la nouvelle ville et a proximité des restaurants et malgré tout très calme.très prêt du port ce qui est très bien si vous partez ou arrivez par ferry et vous avé un arrêt de bus en bas de l’hôtel,bref a conseiller

Had a very comfortable room with a balcony overlooking the harbor and cruise ships. We stayed here for only one night just before boarding a cruise ship. Everything I needed was within walking distance and restaurant recommended by reception was excellent. They have a roof top area open to all guests. The breakfast area isn't large, so you need to make a reservation time for it. Very reasonable rates when I compared other hotels. Would recommend to anyone.

3 night City Break before a beach stay for Mrs.B's Birthday. Great choice with this hotel. Location was close to harbour, bars, restaurants, shopping & Beach. All staff were Excellent, from Jeremy on reception to the Brekkie Staff, they were all so very friendly & welcoming. Our 6th floor room was very clean & comfortable, with a enormous King Size bed, great WiFi, small fridge, lovely shower room & Harbour Views. Brekkie was good, continental style, plus fresh cooked European style Bacon & Sausage, plus Fried or Scrambled Eggs, with great coffee. The roof terrace had great views of the harbour & beyond. Parking was in a nearby underground car park @ €9.00 per day. Would be happy to return but probably won't as not that keen on the city.

I arrived in a bit of drama as airline baggage half destroyed my luggage. I was warmly welcomed and checkin was very smooth. I took a room with a terrace. it was perfect size for one and also for a couple. room was clean. there was a little road noise but nothing unusual due to window proximity. The bed was comfortable as was temprature in the room. The hotel has no restraunt but does provide breakfast. its about 10-15 min walk to beach and there are plently of places to eat in evening. There are plenty of taxis in area just outside if you need.

It’s a normal size hotel situated in a very good position. The staff has been amazing trough the whole stay, and even after. Our son forgot his beloved teddy bear in the room, as we left wry early in the morning. The staff did everything possible to find it, and they also did all possible efforts to send it to us to Eastern Europe. The staff went that far, that they made a picture of the teddy bear sharing some calming lines for our son to make him less sad ❤️. The love and the commitment they have shown has been far above everything expected. Additional: nice rooms, very clean, free items in the minibar and every kind of support. We are already looking forward for the future stay in there ❤️🙏

An excellent base for our holiday - handily placed - the rooms were bright and clean and comfortable- the staff were very welcoming and helpful. We hired bicycles for four days and were able to securely store them overnight in the hotel’s nearby garage. If returning to Las Palmas would certainly book Matilde again
