Here for our anniversary & wanted to enjoy a room with access to outside air (balcony) & nite time pool. Although room was fantastic, the patio area was mostly un-used due to the over whelming fumes of aircraft and cars most of the time. :( We happened to arrive when someone broke glass in pool which was closed to repair for the entire stay :( The room was very clean and quiet plus everything worked fine that we used. Loved the check in-out process with no real lines...awesome! A great hotel and staff were all very friendly. We may try again soon but maybe a different room location & hope pool is up and running too. Note: I would recommend checking your Hotel.com rate with the Hotel's since ours was not the same and currently waiting to see if Platinum is going to honor the lower rate quoted us.

Love the Platinum! Stayed here twice, once in 2014 and again this past weekend. Both trips were wonderful. Service is always great, rooms are big, affordable, and quiet. There’s always a great view from the balcony. Room service is tasty, and there also an option to either self park or valet.

It used to be called The Platinum Hotel and Spa when it was opened. Nothing left of the "spa". Getting closer to probably a "motel" type of accommodation. The AC was barely working. The quality of linens was below average. No room service unless requested. No taxi service. Very spacious rooms with kitchenettes. Can be one of the best family-oriented destinations but is going down the hill. Very sad.

I liked that our room was essentially an apartment. Having a frig and microwave was convenient. The only thing I didn't like was that on a two night stay you have to request the room to be cleaned/more towels. I did request it when I checked in and it did not get done. When I asked for "two complete sets" of towels, it took an hour plus and they gave us just "two" bath towels.

Gave us a very smoky room even when we called earlier in the day and made sure we had a nonsmoking room. They said all rooms were nonsmoking. Got a different room with much resistance.

Been staying there for years. Disappointed in features they discontinued….limited room service, limited restaurant hours, no valet parking, no ice buckets. Still love the quiet, large suites, full kitchens, and the staff is still really great.

連泊したのだが、最悪だった。お願いしていたにもかかわらず2日目の清掃はなく、タオルがなかったので何度か電話で持ってくるようにお願いしたら毎回「in a minute」と返事はされたが持って来られないのでフロントに言いにいいってもここにはないのでHousekeepingが持ってくる、との一点張り。結局持ってこなかったため仕方なく1日目のタオルを使った。
