拉斯維加斯亨德森歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites Las Vegas/Henderson)

Excelente atención por su Personal 10 de 10, todos desde Lobby de excelente servicio, del personal de staff en el desayuno Desayuno abundante y variado, Excelente , Habitación súper amplia y hotel cerca de negocios y restaurantes y salida rápida a la presa Hoover, solo pasamos una noche ahí pero me hubiera gustado estar mas, estacionamiento sin costo. EXCELENTE !!!!!

This Hampton needs to be updated. I could hear the people walking around in the room above me, sounded like the ceiling was coming down. The king bed in the room didn't have Hampton bedding (mattress pad), the bed is the reason I started staying at Hampton. There were vagrants hanging out beside the property which didn't feel safe.

The staff was great. The breakfast was ok... the building was awful. DO NOT stay on the first floor. The noise from the room above is unbearable. It was like the building was going to collapse. It definitely was a substandard construction issue. It was not just like oh there's someone above you it was like rhinoceroses wrestling above you no joke it was crazy loud. I am really not one to complain about noise coming from above and any normal situation. This was really crazy and almost scary I see there have been other reviews similar about the noise looks like the hotel chain needs to hire someone to really take a look at this this has nothing to do with staff. They were all pleasant. It's literally a construction issue.

This was our first time staying in Henderson and I wasn’t certain of the area. But staying here at this Hampton Inn and Suites was a great decision and made our trip very comfortable. Check in was easy and the room was very clean and super spacious! There are so many restaurants and places to eat in the area. Lots of retail stores and even malls close by. We would definitely consider staying again if in the area.

The staff was extremely kind and so welcoming. Especially the ones who cleaned the rooms and cooked the breakfast in the morning. They greeted us more warmly than the ones in the front desk. And went above and beyond asking if we needed anything for the 3 days we were there.

The sitting chair looked as if it had been clawed by a cat. the front left part of the base was disheveled. The tap in the tub/shower would not stop dripping. No menu on the tv. had to go thru each station to see what was on rather than seeing a listing.

Our reserved two queen room was given away so we had to sleep on roll-aways and were not offered compensation for the inconvenience. No towels or pillows were available.

Beds are clean and especially comfortable and it was really quiet the only downside is the elevators slow and small and there is only one for the whole place. The breakfast was good and everything else was great

Good location in the heart of Henderson but my highlight was the front clerk. After checking me in she told me to come back in a few minutes cause she was baking cookies. When I register had one all saved and wrapped for me, very sweet!
