WELL after reading the Reviews I was skeptical BUT the price was right ! I must Say we were delightfully greeted by Marissa She showed us the property that has been RECENTLY RENOVATED . Still has old Florida charm.The apartment/Room was Large and comfortable we stayed in #2W king bed (sofa couch) 2 baths full kitchen (included all cookware knives cups etc) just a few steps to pool area ! there are 3 buildings in all (one was recently RENOVATED) opens Summer 2024! We felt at HOME across from ocean and 10 minute walk to Publix and all Restaurants and bars . Great Place Pool towels beach chairs umbrellas all provided . Lovely Pet friendly facilty will visit again

Take all below reviews (YMMV) A great lil gem of and older floridian beach place. All rooms are apartment like equipped with full stives kitchen etc. Marissa welcomed me n my dog BELLINA with open arms *Wonderful Lady* . The LOCATION is perefction nestled between N ocean dr and el mar dr ( directly facing beach) This is hotel not for the 5 star diamond BOUGEE clientelle. Its very quaint, quiet with old floridian charm SO CLOSE TO THE BEACH. I stayed for over a month and loved MY ROOM by the pool , beach and walking distance to all restaurants and lauderdale by the sea pier, Pet Friendly and a great Place. Go see this place before you book it. I was checking out the mixed reviews on AirBB, the inside photos looked decent enough, the price is OK but when I went to view the property in person I can tell you that for me instantly it was a huge eye opener. 1/2 this property looks like a war zone. I’m talking deteriorating exterior, boarded up windows, crumbling apart, the pool area is a disgrace, like an abandoned building with a barely kept pool beside it, dirty surroundings. If you’re on a budget and only need a place to throw your stuff or your alternative is a hostile then maybe you wont mind. If you have kids that like a pool and or if you want a semi decent property around you I would go look before I booked. Thank goodness I did! Hopefully someone will gut it and give it a makeover bc it definitely has potential. There you have it folks! My .02.
