Traveled with family for the holiday and they were able to get us 2 rooms on the same floor. Room looks like it had been renovated. If you don't like noise, make sure to ask for room away from the elevator. If you want your room clean, you have to call in advance and let them know.

Very disappointed with how I was spoken to when all I did was ask a question. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if she's always like this. Extremely rude and very unprofessional. The room was pretty clean just had some spiderwebs and alot of dust around the window. The balcony had alot of dead bugs.

I found this ******/hotel a tad too stuck in the past. If you’re traveling through the area, it’s a good deal though but nothing to go out of your way for.

Amazing! Last hotel (Trop) was trash! It was so clean, everyone was so friendly!

We had 2 rooms for our 3 night stay. There are no air conditioners in these rooms only a fan system that is placed right next to the sliding doors that do not open. It was horrible trying to sleep as it was so hot and stuffy. The bathrooms also did not have fans. Steamy showers and no ventilation is not a good combo. I had to open the door to get fresh cool air in from the hallway.The beds were extremely hard and uncomfortable. These were my only complaints. The hotel offered everything else we needed and kept the kids entertained with bowling, laser tag and the arcade. There were plenty of food options and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Checking in, the Josh D or Jason whatever his name is, was rude not at all helpful, we had to walk around to find our way until I asked someone for direction to our room. There's two towers, he could have been a little more helpful and less rude. Other than that it was okay. ******** was a total loss, not even a playback in 3 days. Pretty bad, didn't see many winners.

Probably the worst experience I have had at a resort ever. From the front desk collecting my ID and CC from Justin G. He didn’t run my card for remaining amount upon checking in. I received a call from the front desk saying I needed to come down to provide CC info for remaining amount. We were visiting the area for my son’s football tournament and weren’t available until later in the evening. The manager then locked us out of our 2 rooms and they called and knocked several times while we were sleeping to collect the payment that their agent didn’t do upon checking in. Horrible experience. They deactivated our cards even after coming down to provide CC info. We had an asked to cancel one of rooms due to an illness and they were unwilling to refund room charge because it was inside of 72 hours. Hotel wasn’t completely full. Towels were brand new, low thread count and when drying off the towels left cotton all over myself. This was every towel. The fitness center had 3 pieces of equipment from 1990. Treadmill didn’t work. No free weights or kettle bells in a very small space for such a large resort. I wouldn’t stay here again and will not recommend to anyone for future stays. The manager said they couldn’t do anything to accommodate since this was booked through a 3rd party such as *******. Stay away
