I will be contacting the management in the next day or two. We checked in at 4pm today. The hotel is under construction, which they don’t tell you ahead of time. We paid for a king terrace suite, but the A/C didn’t work, so they had to move us to a standard ling room, no sitting area/suite/terrace, etc. (things we paid for, but did not receive). Basically they downgraded us, because they couldn’t fix the a/c in room 221. So we paid an extra $80 for a larger room and didn’t get it. Poor experience so far, the front desk staff was not professional nor was she dressed appropriately. Additionally, they wanted to "get the air fixed” while we were in the room, instead of moving us to another room and the tech that supposedly came to look at the a/c in our room left our door propped open so when we came back from the lobby all of our stuff was open to the public, anyone on the floor could have taken anything in our room. The management and/or ownership needs to contact me, they have my email and phone number. You can do better!

This hotel has been going through a long, painful remodeling. I checked out early — and gave a night that I had already paid for — because it was so chaotic when I stayed. Noisy, big parts of the place closed, etc.

We booked a double, not available at check in so we slept as a family in a long size. Very disappointed

A real gem! We stayed on the fifth floor with direct access to the terrace. It was amazing…watching the sunset from the terrace with a few drinks was peaceful and relaxing. Definitely worth staying here! Tisha at the front desk was warm, kind, and helpful. The girl at the bar was not very friendly but we were only there to get our drinks and enjoy them from the terrace.

The happy hour and food selection was fantastic. Our room was ver nice , bathroom spacious. The room could have used a few more charges for a dbl queen, it only had a desk chair. Staff excellent
