休斯頓利格城萬豪萬楓套房酒店(Fairfield Inn & Suites Houston League City)

Our stay was okay. We arrived early, with plans to drop off our bags and tour NASA, and it was too early to check in. They informed us that they will not hold bags before rooms are ready because they have had "stuff going missing", that didn't inspire much confidence, but I guess I'm glad we didn't have anything stolen. The walls seemed very thin, and we could hear a lot from below and above us.

My husband needs a handicapped room, and their room fits what he needs. I like the button that tells maid service that you want privacy. I also really like that they serve breakfast. This hotel is also close to my family, so it’s convince is excellent.

Honestly felt as if we were racially profiled. Me an my boyfriend were here to attend a concert we are were apart of . WE were accused of smoking in the room after we checked out. when we most definitely have proof that we DEFINITELY DID NOT. We had barely even been in the room again we were here for work.

Everything was excellent! We were greeted by a very nice and personable woman. We enjoyed the lounge where we met some interesting guests. Breakfast was very good and kept up with. Bed was comfortable and checkout was easy and clerk was nice.

Terrible. I recserved for two nights. They told me they don't clean the room if you stay only two nights. There were no clean towels evan. I have to call the front desk two times because they take 15 minutes to bring clean towels. "they are non they way" the lady sayd. i ebelieve they went for the towels to dallas. It is a shame because we liked the hotel but the riciduluos policies abut clean ruined our weekend.

Just what we needed. A comfortable, clean room in a very nice facility. Check-in was great. Staff was friendly and efficient. Room clean. Comfortable bed. All around a great stay. Will use this this facility again!

Clean, no smell of pets , we stayed at pet friendly motel in the area by mistake, they stink to high hell . Musty , no thanks ! This place was wonderful , who travels with their pets anyway?

The hotel was great - we were impressed with it all. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this hotel - it more than met all of our needs!

Air conditioner not stinks room. They gave me another room. Was fine. Left to go out and came back and told me air was fixed and they moved my luggage. My suitcase was not shut when I left. I feel they should have waited and not touched my suitcase. It made the young man liable for anything missing. His name was andy. Horrible customer service.
