All the staff except Rebecca (the manager) were pleasant and helpful. She rubbed me the wrong way when I asked about towels to Kerry and Floyd. She butted her way into our conversation and was very rude and unaccommodating. The washers and dryers did not work how they should have. I wasted so much time dealing with the washer and dryer machines due to the washers not accepting credit cards. The hotel did not have any quarters to accommodate their guests. Kerry was very helpful considering the situation and supplied me with some. As I was at the dryer inserting coins it kept rejecting them as Kerry was helping me, in that instance the manager Rebecca barged in with what seemed to be a personal problem, one that should not have been directed at me being I am a guest of the property. She said Kerry COME out to the reception as if I was oblivious and not a paying customer who needed help. I asked her if she was the manager because I really could not tell. I told her about my problem, and she did not respond as a “manager” should, by saying to me I can check out if I am not satisfied. My clothes are not dry at this point, and I am pissed right now! She says,Call the number. Another guest was in the laundry room, he told me that she is a B* very rude, and always saying that to guests.
