盧勒奇奧酒店(LuLeccio)

Un petit hôtel plein de charme au coeur de la magnifique ville de Lecce. Les appartements sont grands, confortables (seul bémol les rideaux n’occultent pas totalement la lumière) et bien décorés, avec pour certains une belle terrasse. L’accueil est chaleureux et nous avons eu droit à une multitude d’informations utiles pour profiter de notre séjour. A conseiller donc.

Posizione perfetta per visitare la città a piedi avendo la possibilità di posteggiare la macchina a pochi minuti di distanza . Palazzo ristrutturato con eleganza, buon gusto e cura nei dettagli . Bellissimo terrazzo che si affaccia sulle mura della città. Pulizia impeccabile e stanza bellissima . Non posso fare altro che complimentarmi con il gestore .

Non ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa struttura anche se mi sarebbe molto piaciuto perché è bellissima. Ho contattato la struttura per chiedere preventivo per una notte con check in anticipato per potermi preparare il giorno del mio matrimonio. Il gentile suppongo gestore che mi ha risposto, mi ha detto che mi avrebbe fatto sapere… passa una settimana… già questo mi lascia un po’ interdetta. Dopodiché mi arriva il preventivo di un prezzo maggiorato di circa 80 euro rispetto a quello che trovo sul loro sito, senza garanzia alcuna del check-in anticipato. A quel punto chiedo spiegazioni sul prezzo e spiego che se il check in anticipato non è garantito sono interessata anche a prenotare la notte precedente….. a distanza di alcuni giorni, non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta!!!!! Incredibile maleducazione.

Остановившись в Lu Leccio, мы испытали только положительные эмоции. Отель находится в нескольких шагах от Porta Napoli, в стенах старого города. Городская парковка в 100 метрах от отеля 1,10 Евро в час, но отель предлагает охраняемый паркинг по приемлемой цене. Рекомендую обращаться за советом, как его найти, заранее. В старинном здании произведен современный разумный ремонт, применены технологии сегодняшнего дня, все сделано профессионально и со вкусом. Комнаты просторные, с высокими потолками, с балконами или террасами. Комфортные кровати, высококачественные постельные принадлежности, шторы, блокирующие свет, тишина, соответственно, качественный сон. Менеджер Роберто очень внимателен и любезен. Он любит отель ( а этот отель " с душой", наполненный удивительными и экстравагантными деталями) и уважает клиентов. У нас так же был шанс отужинать в только что открывающимся ресторане отеля, где царит атмосфера истинного гостеприимства. Блюда приготовлены из свежайших местных продуктов. Я бы улучшила десерты и пересмотрела винную карту, которая сейчас, в процессе открытия ресторана, хуже, чем еда.

Très belle maison de maîtres avec un bon accueil. Très bonne adresse ! Nous y étions en couple il y a 2 jours ! Très bon emplacement, hyper facile à trouver avec parking municipal en face , très belle demeure tout juste rénovée . Le propriétaire a à cœur de tout vous montrer et à parfaitement décoré ces magnifiques appartements et terrasses partagées ! Douches fonctionnant bien , beau mobilier, belle décoration.

The good: This is a lovely property, optimally located just within the city gates of the old town. It has been beautifully restored and was very clean. The interior space was large with a small terrace. We were three people and rented the wellness suite with a sauna for 300E a night, breakfast not included. There is a small kitchen area and a separate entrance. There were two bathrooms, but the shower in the master is very small with no place to put toiletries except on the floor. The town is fantastic, certainly worth a longer stay than our two nights. Secure parking is located within a 5-minute walk, but you must call the hotel and reserve a discounted spot for yourself and hope they do not lose your reservation. Issues: I emailed the manager that we would be three people instead of two, and he responded. We also notified them of our arrival time and asked about parking, and were assured of no problems. Upon arriving, the owner said we had only reserved for two, and that parking would be impossible without a reservation. These issues were worked out, but not without some stress, he was not very friendly. Generally, I love smaller Italian hotels because the owners are usually so kind and welcoming, often with a glass of wine on arrival. This was not the case. However, the owner Roberto walked us back to the parking and made arrangements. When I asked him how to turn on the sauna, he told me it would cost an additional 40E per day which was quite disappointing so at that price I opted to not use it. I had booked a "wellness suite with a sauna", and I thought that is what I was paying for. There are charges for everything. There is one bath towel per person for five? days, a clean towel is 5E, check out is at 10, and if you are late there is a 25 percent surcharge charge for every two hours. When I paid my bill, he neglected to subtract the 216E deposit I had paid with the reservation and did not provide a receipt until asked. He told me he would send the money to my bank, which is difficult with a US bank. I showed him how to refund the money with the credit card app. Pay attention to the bill, I do not think he was dishonest, just very disorganized. There is a cute outdoor terrace, but only one chair for a two-bed suite. The maid left our interior door unlocked after cleaning, when I told Roberto, he said that is the custom, it was a safe area. Due to the unfriendliness of the manager, the excessive charges, and the lack of organization what should have been a relaxing stay in a beautiful city was stressful and difficult. I would not stay again.

My daughters and I were at this location early January 2024. Our host, Roberto, was so kind and helpful and made our stay even more enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable. We also enjoyed the location and the cafe close by with great coffee and goodies at a very decent price. Thank you for everything.

Lu Leccio is a stunning property in an excellent location. Clean, well stocked, quiet with easy access to parking was perfect. Roberto is a lovely and kind host. We enjoyed talking with him and learning more about his property. Martine's detailed info ensured check-in was a breeze. We'd happily stay again whenever we get back to Puglia.

Perfect location within the historic center of Lecce and parking very close to the property. Magnificent building remodeled with great elegance and design details that make it unique. Its owner together with the staff make sure you will have an unforgettable and very warm experience. Great place to stay !
