Had so many meals in here over the years and it never disappoints! Great choice on the menu whether it be a soup/sandwich at lunchtime or the most amazing steak pie for dinner. The food is always scrumptious… We held my dad’s wake here last January & all the staff inc the owners were amazing at ensuring everything ran perfect on the day! Would highly recommend this space if in need for a function of any kind. This is definitely one of our favourite local restaurants, can’t recommend the place enough for fabulous food and service at very reasonable prices… Look forward to our next visit!! X

Some public areas looked a little "tired" but the bedroom was lovely. The meals were delicious and not expensive. Attentive staff.

This is the third year that we have stayed at the Glazert Country House Hotel en route to and from the Highlands on our annual holiday. For us it is an ideal stopping off point. Most importantly, this is a dog welcoming establishment and our dogs are as comfortable staying here as we are. The staff are amazing and really go out of their way to help. The rooms are spacious and well equipped and the beds are especially comfortable. On each visit we have eaten dinner at the hotel and it has always been delicious! The breakfasts are also lovely and really set us up for the journeys ahead. We certainly recommend this hotel and would like to thank the staff for making our stays so lovely. We hope to be back before long.

Another fantastic lunch at the Glazert. The food here never disappoints and the staff are always friendly and welcoming. It was quiet on Sunday when we visited but there was still a lovely fire and a nice atmosphere to sit and enjoy. It is by far the best place in the local area for food and we will definitely keep coming back.

Lovely little family run hotel. Very accommodating. Food was lovely and the room was clean and relatively modern with Sky TV

Christmas Dinner, wonderful venue and great service. Best lentil soup ever. I stayed at this hotel last year for 4 nights during Christmas and have been back a few times as the quality of food is so good. Soup is the best home made soup I have had at any restaurant.

This was a lovely stay with a tastefully decorated room with Sky tv. Ample parking outside and a lovely bar/restaurant where we had dinner, the food was reasonably priced. Only complaint was that the room was freezing as the heating didn’t come on to 6pm and it was 0 degrees outside.

We stayed a fortnight here as a base for seeing our daughter and other relatives. Really enjoyable stay in lovely surroundings. Paul and Debbie and the other staff were great. Yes, the place looks a bit tired (as mentioned in some reviews) but it's fine. The owners are upgrading steadily but at a pace they can afford and without passing the on costs to you and me. The price we paid was really reasonable and, the breakfast was great. You must also have an evening meal there too. Three of us had different meals and all agreed they were superb. Yes, we'll be back.

If we make a small picnic with our dispossible BBQ will be it perfect
