威福勒藝術酒店(Boutique Hotel Art de Vivre & Spa)

hotel Art de Vivre Crans Montana - situated quietly near a lake at the Montana side - 15-20mins walk to the gondola (some manageable slopes), and the hotel provides shuttle bus to the gondola (no returning service) - cossy design in the restaurant and bar area - very spacious double room, with practical design - the beds are king size and the mattress is comfortable -Fantastic wellness centre, with an indoor pool with constant temperature (around 12m x 3m, approx. 28 degree Celsius), an outdoor hot jacuzzi , both faced with scenic mountain view and an indoor gym with plenty of equipment compared with most hotels, outdoor sauna in wooden house, and 2 steam rooms with nice aroma - the pool and jaccuzzi opened from 8am is a bonus -reasonable variety of breakfast, eggs can be cooked in different ways -have not tried the dinner as the restaurant was closed at the end of season

Court séjour de 2 jours mais personnel très sympathique et efficace. Hôtel bien situé. Grand parking gratuit à disposition. Magnifique chambre « maxi-vue » avec vue sur le Vallon de Réchy et les sommets des alpes suisses. Il est vrai que les chambres ne semblent pas très bien insonorisées mais cela ne nous a pas posé de problèmes. Somptueux petit déjeuner sur la terrasse avec tout ce qu’il faut. Les plats aux œufs commandés étaient excellent. Dommage de n’avoir pas dîner sur place, mais le cadre du restaurant est très sympathique et la carte alléchante. Et en plus, il y’a un chargeur pour véhicules électriques.

Camera 204 dal 4 al 5 agosto. Essendoci stato una sola notte posso valutare al meglio probabilmente solo la camera. Molto ampia,pulita,con una vista spettacolare, ben dotata di asciugamani ed accappatoio (l’hotel dispone anche di una spa),macchina del caffè espresso, un bel televisore con canali in tutte le lingue ed una bellissima doccia. Silenziosa e con un letto comodo. Posizione centralissima. Gli ambienti comuni ed esterni forse hanno bisogno di una rinnovata. Comunque un bel soggiornare credo anche per chi voglia concedersi una vacanza di più giorni.

Chambres cosy et chaleureuses, accueil super sympa( on nous a permis de garder la chambre le dernier jour jusque dans l’après midi), personnel aux petits soins, petit déjeuner magnifique et wellness center au top et relaxant. Bref le top.

Un massage relaxant absolument divin par Cara. Relaxant mais en profondeur. Merci pour ce délicieux moment! En plus vous pouvez bénéficier du spa avant ou après votre massage. Accueil chaleureux et prix tout à fait correct!

Nice property in a good location, but there are a couple of issues. The beds are two distinct beds, so even when put together, you can’t really sleep together. Amenities in the bathrooms are poor - no conditioner for example. Spa is nice but only opened from 1400, which is a shame. Front desk is poor, having forgotten to book a vital taxi for us to the train station.

The hotel itself is in a great location and has a fantastic view. The spa and gym are wonderful as is the food for breakfast. The rooms are basic but the beds are distinctly seperate beds, so even when placed together, it does not make for comfortable sleep as a couple. The bathrooms lack basic amenities like conditioner, which was odd. Most upsetting, the hotel had organised a taxi to the train station early on the morning of our departure and they simply forgot, which caused a lot of stress. It’s still a good hotel but I would probably check elsewhere first before returning.

It was very nice looked after hotels, some parts are a little dated but other were refurbished and very modern. Comfortable bed. Nice spa experience, lovely garden, good central location. Only negative remark is that housekeeping team started cleaning spa before it closed there felt a little unwelcome there.
