Muy limpio y seguro, muy amables

It was a great stay. Staff is extremely nice, welcoming and helpful. Clean room and bathroom. Breakfast buffet was not so great, didn’t have many options, but it is good if someone needs to have waffles, pancakes and Coffee. I would certainly come back again.

El personal del hotel me tuvo en espera como una hora por que no aparecía la reservación, tuve que llamar a la empresa de ustedes para que dieran 4 números de clave para que constataran que efectivamente hice la reservación, ahora tengo doble cargo de habitaciones con el banco. Es decir fatal su servicio de ustedes como intermediario y el Hotel , esto no había pasado con otros como *******, muy desagradable experiencia. No confiable ni recomendable su servicio.

It was amazing, everybody was so nice and helpful. Rodolfo (the bartender) was super nice and the staff from recepción was polite and always trying to make our experience at the hotel better. The hotel is so close to shops and restaurants. I will definitely be back.

The waiters and bellhops are all super friendly

Strategically located, more close to Zona Piel (Leather and Shoes corridor) and to the Poliforum and Convention center of Leon

It was very good. Close to the bus station where you can go to close places from leon ans come back the same day.

It was wreat ubication, the eco friendly ligths inside the room not to friendly or smart need more time to charge my electric devices and the power keep cutting off after 30 min 😑

We enjoyed the breakfast buffet. Very good selection.

el hotel bien pero el servicio de expedía pésimo reporte un cambio y no lo capturaron bien me cobraron una noche que no utilice expedía NUNCA lo vuelvo a utilizar

Great property, great location and wonderful service during my stay.

It was in the middle os every thing. They ope too late for breakfast and coffee is terrible it’s water doesn’t taste coffee.
